La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Marysville

I paid cash either at La Quinta Hotel ( 160 USD ) or SpringHill Hotel ( I’m not sure the amount! I forgot but I paid cash at check-in time ). La Quinta 219 plus taxes and unpaid 160 US dollars in cash. Non of them returned credit card on hold amount back into my VisaCard. What can I do?

Location of hotel was great. Variety of stores and eateries were close by. Door dash orders were delivered to room. Air conditioning helped us stay comfortable during heat wave. Staff was hospitable and friendly. Free breakfast and free parking was a plus!

Occasional noise from from next door guests (dog barking or school age kids being noisy during evening/quiet hours). This was manageable- Nothing extreme to complain about.

The entire staff was fantastic, Jesse at the front desk went above and beyond for us multiple times. Ryan was great when helping us book our next reservation. The hotel was spotless, someone was always cleaning in the common areas. We we’re traveling for a death in the family and everyone made us comfortable and at ease. We did a puzzle in the lobby and everyone participated. Jesse was quick with suggestions and well versed in the locale and what it had to offer. They collectively made what could have been an uncomfortable stay quite enjoyable.

No complaints. A hot tub would have been awesome. But the heated pool was great for a spontaneous swim.

Fantastic breakfast for both American style breakfast and other that prefer yoghurt and cream cheese bagels. Boiled eggs, cheese omelets, and fried eggs with pork sausage. Decent coffee served all day long. Coffee maker in room. Very nice room with couch, large bathroom and comfortable bed, desk and 2 TVs in Executive King Suite. Well worth paying $10 more for king suite. 10 minutes to disappointing old town but we went just to go to Honda dealership nearby. Several fast-food places walking distance and a grocery store. Good Wi-Fi although a web sign in. All staff very pleasant, kind and helpful. Decent price between the cheapest and highest. Nice indoor swimming pool. Only a couple of years old so all is new. Great reception, lobby breakfast area. Large sink area to put things. Sign in hotel said there is free shuttle to many nearby casinos

No light above desk. Room seemed a little dark even with all lights on. Only one set of shampoo and conditioner in room. Small bars of soap for shower and sink. Large wardrobe but only one drawer to put things which would be problematic if 2 people staying long and prefer to unpack

This was an excellent location with excellent staff. The only thing missing was lighting and a few drawers. There's only one drawer for the whole room. And there's not quite enough lighting to Get by. If they would install a few remote lights here and there and Perhaps a small dresser Even under the amazing desk, because it's long enough to add something. It would be a game changer. I would stay there again but I would definitely bring some of my own Little LED lights with me.

This was an all-round pleasant experience. The building is very new so all of the fittings and features were clean, well-maintained and modern. The room was large and full of all the things one needs while travelling. The bed was large and comfortable, the TV was also large. Good water pressure in the shower.

Really not much to dislike in this location. The breakfast sits somewhere between a continental and a full breakfast. Waffles, egg, sausage and various continental stuff. But would have been nicer if maybe they included bacon in the offerings.

was it clean? cereal on floor by refrigerator along with something else that I couldn’t figure out. Staff - kitchen staff was great! front counter not! she couldn’t figure out how to do military discount so I didn’t get it. Didn’t say more than 2 words to me as she was checking me in. wasn’t even sure she found my reservation for the first 10 minutes because she looking at her computer and didn’t say a word. not the friendliest greeting.

Very new and clean. Everything modern and in proper working order. Pool was small but clean - perfect for kids. Breakfast was simple - could have more variety but not too bad. Great seating area. Close by to several restaurants and grocery store as well as outlet mall. Good value for price.

Walls and ceilings are VERY thin - bring earplugs. Would have been nice to have a hot tub along with the pool.

We got a room upgrade since we were willing to switch from a double queen room to a king room, and they gave us a suite that was HUGE! We definitely needed the space with our little ones and they found the pull-out sofa comfy and there was still room for an air mattress on the floor. We also loved that staff were very patient with us as I had such odd requests for rooms.

The pool was closed when my son was finally ready to swim (without the wild older kids that dominated the pool the previous day). The staff were really sweet to my son and it all worked out in the end.

very comfortable beds in a spacious room. breakfast was generous. staff was friendly. was very clean.

we were beat and wanted to go to bed early - was noisy through the walls. quieted down in a reasonable time and then was very quiet during the night!
