Staybridge Suites Everett - Paine Field, an IHG Hotel

I liked the mini egg omelets. Also, the waffle maker. Timing was excellent. Coffee urns were already waiting when I got up early and the breakfast service was ready when I was.

My telephone didn't work. They told me that when I checked in. But also it turned out that the clock radio did not work (could not set the time). No note pad by the phone which is always useful. Lastly, the toilet was stopped up (upon arrival) and I had to ask that a plumber service it. I liked the hotel, the location, and value; however, my room had many strikes against it that would make me think twice about staying there again.

Wow. This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was perfect, very well thought out. There are a lot of "comforts of home"...like the full kitchen (SO nice!) and extra large bathroom area and closet. It was VERY clean and felt very modern with even some "luxury" touches. I could stay here for an extended stay and be very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast host was the friendliest staff member we encountered, she was lovely both mornings. The little store attached to the lobby is so cute, and has all the extras you might need or want. The decor is very classy/modern in this hotel. The surrounding area is nice and quiet yet you're close to restaurants, shopping, and other activities. This hotel is VERY clean, you would never guess it's pet friendly...until you actually see a pet. We felt very safe and comfortable here and everything was in EXCELLENT condition. And that breakfast host doesn't miss a beat....she is top notch.

The pool area was slightly disappointing. We went on our first night and there were a lot of empty alcohol bottles laying around and everything was soaked and there were no pool towels. We didn't go back to the pool. But the pool was definitely NOT representative of the rest of the hotel, which was pristine. The quality of staff seems to vary. Some were really up to par and matched the quality of the hotel, but at least one front desk person definitely did not. I observed her being less than warm and friendly to some guests, and not very helpful. We could also hear our neighbors across the hall with little kids quite clearly, but we turned the stove fan on at night and it easily drowned out any unwanted noise.

Housekeeping went 5 days with dirty towels and rubbish left in the room after asking every day for someone to collect them room should have had a full clean on the weds but was put down for the weds after the day before we came home it never got done even left the card outside the room for a light clean and somehow it disappeared off the door so the room was t cleaned again eventually it did get a light clean

The breakfast was fantastic, good variety and we were able to find a few gluten free choices! I appreciated being able to grab a cup of coffee in the late afternoon, thank you for access to a keurig. The dining room area was great for an evening get together with friends for a couple of board games. The pool area is very clean and lots of natural light, water temperature great. Love the pet friendly facility. Room was very comfortable and kitchenette more than adequate. Beds very comfortable and bath linens soft and immaculately clean. I appreciate the eco friendly measures as well!

Clean hotel, nice staff, a lot of available parking, comfy beds, the kitchenette was great- it came with utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. there's a whole refrigerator which was awesome. Breakfast had a lot of options, nothing special at all, but it does the job. Spacious room, nice shower w/ good quality shampoo conditioner & soap.

Almost every time we asked for an extra towel for our room, they didn't send one up until we asked a second time. I had to ask 3 times for an extra blanket before they got one up to our room. And when we requested for our room to be tidied up (make beds, take out trash, replace towels - that's it), they didn't take out every trash can. But if you leave your trash bag out, they take it for you, so that's nice. Breakfast goes from 7 - 9:30, but I would've liked for it to go until 10. The lady running breakfast will sometimes clean up early, before 9:30.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast convenient but it would have been nice to have more healthy options (more fruit, whole grain bread.)

Breakfast room was freezing cold in August due to the air conditioning. In the room, we also had trouble adjusting the temperature so that it wasn’t cold in the room. Such a senseless waste of energy. We were uncomfortably cold everywhere in the hotel.

convenient location for my needs and comfortable large rooms

I’m very happy with the staff and facilities offered by this hotel, great parking, amenities and actually very quiet. I do wish there were some other options for breakfast, or in the pantry. I’m on a clean eating lifestyle ( for health and treatment reasons) and there’s nothing served at breakfast that I can eat. No non dairy, low sugar, egg substitute, gluten free or plant based items. I realize that it’s served for the majority but it’s a little frustrating.

It was quiet, and the view of the trees and trail from our room was wonderful. We drove to Ivar's for dinner which was a real treat. The lighthouse park was a highlight for an after dinner walk.

It would have been nice if there were a shuttle to the airport. Alaska Airlines is flying increased flights to Paine Field and transportation to a hotel would be a bonus.

We really enjoyed our time at the Staybridge. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was fun to have although we mostly used the refrigerator and the microwave. I think the best part was that we had a suite at the end of a very long hallway close to the elevator with no other rooms close so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We saw very few other guests and it was completely quiet. The view out of the windows was the tree tops. There were two TV's one in each room.

The couch in the room was really uncomfortable for watching TV. No real breakfast, not impressed with the selection of breakfast items.

Modern decor in room and a small kitchenette. Breakfast was good And really enjoyed the cocktail hour Monday to Wednesday with live music ! Pleasant room to have a drink and unwind after work. There’s also a walking trail behind a hotel it’s pretty steep down to the Gulch, but there are some other ways to loop onto flatter trails. Also a nice canteen by the front desk – I bought ice cream one night for a treat in the room
