Nice breakfast. Location near stores and restaurants.

The staff,overall, was nice but the woman that checked us in for our stay rubbed me the wrong way. She was not friendly nor was she personable and she had a bit of a smug judgemental attitude. I think she was bothered for one because our checking in interrupted a conversation with a gentleman friend that was there visiting with her. There was also an issue with our debit card, which was resolved in 5 minutes, that she seemed impatient about which really botherd me. She probably is not the best employee for customer relations. Other than that our stay was lovely.

Very nice front desk. Convenient location just off US 2 in Monroe. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was hot with various options. It was a good stay off the road for a night.

The parking lot configuration was a little peculiar. I was on the second floor on the side of the hotel that backed up to another property, so I couldn't park where I could see my vehicle.

This property is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was buffet style and is better if you come earlier. The seating in the dining area is definitely prime real estate and you are not guaranteed a table to sit at. The pool, while super cold, is also clean. The beds were very comfortable and almost all the room accommodations were of decent quality. The sound did not carry between the rooms. Also, the staff were very friendly and professional at all times.

There needs to be more seating in the dining area. The breakfast food needs to be better stocked at the end of breakfast, especially if you have an entire weekend of turning people away because you have zero vacancies. in the room needs to have a larger rubbish container. We had the fan on all night and the blackout curtains did not work because the fan blew them aside enough to allow the very early morning light. These are very nitpicking things but for me it was the difference between a 8 and a 10.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Some of staff, especially morning were very courteous and professional. Had an issue with Tuesday night staff 8 pm. Someone kept trying to connect their iPhone to my tv named Levi. They interrupted the Voice three times Monday night and once Tuesday for several minutes each time. The desk clerk blew me off saying there was nothing she could do. The person had to be in range of my room to be doing it. She would not even call room next to me to see if they were doing. Very disappointed in apathy demonstrated by this staff member.

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, the room keys were electronic and area appears to be safe when pulling into the parking lot, lots of great places to eat all within walking distances

Pool water was cold, hot tub appeared dirty due to material color (it wasn’t actually dirty), fitness room is small, there is a red vehicle in the back parking lot that appears to have homeless people living in it (lots of garbage by it, lots of clothes around, was there for our entire 3 days stay)

It was a great comfortable hotel, quiet, with helpful, friendly staff. It was near several restaurants and parking was free. The hot tub and pool were great. The biscuits and gravy, and scrambled eggs and sausage were good.

The hot tub could have used more bubbles. The sausage was good, but could have been cooked just a little more. Also, bacon and sausage at breakfast with the eggs, biscuits, and gravy would have been phenomenal!

Friendly staff. Great location. Free parking is a bonus. The breakfast to go bags were great. Nice selection of foods. Room was good. I'll explain more below. Beds were pretty comfortable.

Shower head didn't move freely and I didn't want to break it so we dealt with a partial spray coming out. The right nite stand was missing the light bulb. Took us a while to figure out the strange clock/ light. Fridge didn't have any shelves in it.

The Inn is newly remodeled & is lovely. The dining room is beautiful & breakfast is great, lots of options. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping & quick freeway access.

Parking is limited so plan on getting there early. They allow larger trucks to park in their lot so it's difficult to get in & out.

No breakfast due to COVID, however sack breakfast was fine,, Counter staff were very accommodating and friendly. Emma was exceptional, Convenient location.

Bathroom was not cleaned. They removed soiled towels but did not leave new clean ones, was supposed to bring toilet paper by but did not, trash cans left full, we understood that they were very understaffed so we dealt with it, The room had a bad odor that did not go away with spray,

Our son and family live in that area. Easy to find, quiet and yet close to many shops. Under new mgmt., newly painted hallways and reception area. They now offer a HUGE breakfast!!! Very friendly staff very welcoming and willing to help.
