Motel Puyallup

It is a comfortable room at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. It is a good location.

The homelessness in the area has increased. As a result, the area is not as clean as it used to be. It is across the street from the hospital, but the ambulances only use the sirens when necessary.

Receptionist was very nice but on the last night (Friday 5/13) I went to the office to get ice for my room and she was having a seizure, there was some young adults trying to help her and I called my friend that was with me in the room and she came running down to help. When the Fire Dept got there they were extremely rude to all of us, wanting to know why we were behind the counter and just wanted us to leave. VERY RUDE! I went up the next morning to find out how things went was told she was home and resting, very happy to hear that!

The room was good but the toilet and shower/bath was to small, door was to close to the door and the bath needed a mat so as to not slip. It only had a couple of stripes and I almost fell.

Excellent staff, services, cleanliness, and utilities--the commitment to cleanliness was particularly impressive and thorough! Thank you for your efforts!

Toward the end of my stay, the wifi became a bit iffy. Until then it was way above expectations so I wasn't upset by this!

Room was very clean, bed was kinda hard but okay for one night.

The neighbors in 112 played their music/tv very loud till we finally fell asleep and upstairs it sounded like elephants running on the ceiling. (they may have had children but they still should have been in bed it was after midnight)

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was also surprised to find that housekeeping actually cleaned in between nights! I was a little nervous from other reviews about drug activity in the area but we got back pretty late and never saw or heard anything to cause alarm.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was nice to have something.

the bed has plastic on the mattress so every time we moved while we were sleeping it sounded like a bag of potato chips. We woke up so many times in the night.

It was clean and cute everything looked new.

The water didn't work and they didn't tell us found out the next morning when i was in the shower. Was not happy at all was able to wash my hair and then had no water had to just rinse it out with very little water.

The motel was very conveniently located near the fairgrounds and had a last minute room available at an excellent rate.

The continental breakfast has room for improvement when compared to other places I have stayed, offering a limited choice of mainly cold items.

After a very long, exhausting trip from Europe, we could use a friendly face upon check-in. We got more than that in the middle of the night from the night-supervisor Rhonda, she was super friendly and helpful! Very professional lady.

The location was amazing and it was very clean! The staff was also very nice and helpful.

The room we stayed in had some slight damages, but nothing that made it unsafe or bad. The walls were very thin, so we could hear everything outside and rooms next to us. The shower also would continuously go from hot to freezing cold, possibly just other people using their water.
