Marriott Tacoma Downtown

The Room was Amazing staff was amazing veiw was amazing. the only thing that we Could say for our stay that kind of not something we liked was the Parking Garage. But we had a Bigger vehicle because it was snowing when we left our home. Beautiful stay ty Tacoma Marriott.

King suite very, very spacious larger than expected. Hotel has very comfortable king bed, all facilities provided from 24/7 gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also good restaurant and ample parking.

Need to pay for parking at $22 per night and Wi-Fi not automatically free/included like majority of hotels,Air BnB types, etc. $14.95 per day good thing I’m a Marriott bonvoy so being a member it’s free.

The view was AMAZING, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the room was a good size

Had to pay $44 for parking, the staff wasn't very friendly and was not accommodating whatsoever. The room obviously was not thoroughly cleaned prior as there was a salad from last guest remaining in fridge, there was no microwave available for use. Nowhere did it state anything of a deposit nor did the staff divulge that information, yet she charged me for a deposit.

The location is superb, very close to areas we wanted to visit such as the University of Washington Tacoma, Union Station (Court House) and Murano Glass Museum. The room is of high standard, clean and comfortable.

The parking spot in the parking garage is not so easy to find, especially in the evening. Spent up to 15 minutes going between floors to get a space. The nearby streets/areas were also undergoing some constructions when we visited.

room was missing the lavender pillow spray, just an empty container, so that was corny. Not enough towels. There were only 2 sets. They may be enough for some but my 6yr old came to swim for a bit and we all needed to take showers afterwards so 1 of us had to wait about 20 min for someone to bring up more towels so the last one of us could take a shower.

Well, First off, I have never been to Tacoma, and the area was a real surprise. Beautiful old buildings mixed with new, very clean in the area of the hotel, great eating very near by, and the people were super nice.Now the Marriott was a really nice surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!. the Staff were just, off the chart. It was so nice to meet young people who were happy,smiled,really wanted to help, top flight!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The whole place was SPOTLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. Easy parking in the underground of the hotel, twenty bucks a day, not bad, but could not be any closer and it kept you out of the rain. Really nice people working in every job,just made everything so nice.

The hotel as a whole was beautiful and well organized. Front desk staff was excellent each time. The room was beautifully designed and had a decent view. Room service food was excellent

One of our beds upon inspection was stained which left us only one bed to actually use. There was no way for me to break down money to leave a tip through front desk or the restaurant so I had to end up leaving a much larger tip than I had wanted.

small parking garage, that did not have enough parking for each guest. end up having to park on another level; that was not considered Marriott guest parking, and ran the risk of getting a ticket because of it. they will, however, adjust the parking fees if you are unable to park on the designated Marriott guest levels.

was absolutely a beautiful view from our room. The bed was comfortable. Facilities were clean and nice best shower I’ve ever had.

There’s not much I can say that I don’t like about the facility. I would say that the staff could be a little more friendly just because I think everybody could be a little more friendly. They were friendly enough maybe just more smiles.

The rooms were really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was really nice and helpful as well.

I didn't like that the pool was a little small for the amount of rooms to hey had. There didn't seem to be a lot of space to sit either but the area was huge and I wasn't sure if we were able to sit outside of the pool area but still on the same floor / area where the pool was because there was a lot of space outside of the pool area.
