Really great staff - very helpful and friendly. Good location, right by the market. Nice breakfast although a bit pricey.

Quite a noisy area with some sirens at night - but i appreciated the ear plugs in the bathroom pot! The mini bar was v pricey - be careful! The area is great during the day but we found a lot of the restaurants closed by 9pm during the week so make sure you go out early!

Decor, staff, and location were the highlights. Really cool vibe. Great ambient music and the restaurant adjacent is awesome. Your step outside looking at the like Pike public market and there are several international eateries around. There's an asian grocery store across the street. Easy to get by using the light rail, monorail, or walking. The needle, MoPop, and Chiruly are about 20 minutes walking distance, and the seatlle ferry in mere 5.

Rooms were much smaller than expected. Felt like staying in a little vintage pod for a family of 3. It gets pretty noisy between 10pm and 12. I'm guessing due to construction work.

The location of this hotel is excellent - very central and within walking distance of a ton of major attractions including Pike Place Market, the Gum Wall, the harbour and Seattle Wheel, the Seattle Art Museum, downtown area, and rapid transit links to other areas of interest (such as Seattle Centre). The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet (windows are nearly soundproof but be sure to close them, as there is a lot of street noise in the early morning), the decor in the room (and the hotel itself) was beautiful and very stylish, and the staff were extremely friendly and informative about nearby attractions, restaurants and cafes.

Despite the fact that this is an excellent hotel in an excellent location, nothing warrants the excessive pricing. I paid close to $400 CAD/night - and I agreed to pay this only because I booked late and there were no other centrally located hotels with a better price. The hotel is great, but is NOT worth the price, and I would not stay there again for this price. However, these prices are in line with the extreme unaffordability of the US, so maybe it isn't so unusual.

Decor. Location. The cute little hangout area is great!

Rooms facing the alley is really, really loud in the middle of the night, vehicles etc. The front desk put us in a room with someone already in it. Honest mistake, maybe, system error. We also heard from another guest that day that they also had the same thing happen to them. - we made sure to secure the door from the inside whenever we are in to prevent being walked in on. Also, One of the front desk staff was passed out standing up, bent over with her face planted on the front desk table. ;S

I loved the trendy/funky/artistic decoration (great interior design, including inside the room). The King size bed was super comfy, the bathroom has Diptyque (aromotherapy) liquid soap/shampoo and trendy interior design. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The mocha latte in restaurant was Great and cheap, the living room downstairs is a bit tired decor but very trendy, and the best of all is the location - it is on Pine St and only 3 short blocks walking from the Link (light rail) Westgate station (with my roller hardcore suitcases was no problem) - it is $3.00 dollars (yes, just 3) on one train line straight to Seattle/Tacoma SEA airport. And in addition it is 1 block from Pike Place Market! I went walking around Pike Place market in the morning, bought a few things, then walked only 1 block to this hotel, picked up my luggage, walked 3 Blks to the LightRail station (on Pine St between 3rd Ave and 4th Ave) and got the Link/Light Rail to SEA airport for $3.00. You can't beat the location here. Also, my son had a car and he parked it only 3 blocks away at the 3rdAve/Stewart St. garage for $33 dollars. He drove north and I took the LightRail south to the airport. Everyone was happy.

Location, boutique and eclectic feel of the hotel, the uniqueness of the rooms and the green theming color throughout. The bed was super comfy and the shower was delightful. Also, the hotel lobby sitting area is so comfy and a nice place to commune with friends and family visiting you at your hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel can be pretty loud. Not only with the construction currently going on but it’s pretty noisy with everyday sounds. You hear all the people, dogs, birds outside, TVs, walking above you… you get the idea. So if you want a calm peaceful stay, look elsewhere. I don’t like that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottles of water. At least 2. The staff was just ok to me. They say hello with a smile but quickly you feel like you are a bother to them. The fridge needs more room for personal drinks and snacks you want to have without purchasing their overpriced snacks/beverages.

The location is quite perfect. It was only a 10$ taxi ride from the Clipper Ferry Terminal (Victoria Bc - Seattle), all the main area of downtown are around the hotel. The breakfast was good too!

A big improvement must be done to reduce the noise inside the room: the interior design is amazing, but the old windows were kept without improving the noise reduction (double glass and sealing). Small details that makes a big difference in a 300$ / night hotel. I have also tried to contact the hotel via Booking chat, but it has been impossible to get a proper answer.

Super location! Staff very friendly and welcoming! Clean and comfortable! Easily walkable to Pike's Market, Starbucks Reserve, Original Starbucks store, and many other places of interest. Also easy to walk to the monorail which takes you to the Space Needle and Chihuly Exhibit, among other sites. The light rail runs from SeaTac Airport to within a block of PaliHotel. Hotel has a nice lounge area to relax as well as attached Cafe with bar.

Nothing really. I guess if I have to say something it would be that the room was small but it was not an issue at all!

Location is perfect! We were able to go to Pike Place Market daily during our stay, and the entrance to the Monorail station is very close by. Within walking distance of all the restaurants at the Pier and both Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Staff is very friendly, and our room was amazing - the views were out of this world. The mini fridge was definitely convenient!

The coffee shop didn’t open until 7 am, and we are usually up and ready for a coffee by 5 or 6 am.

I liked that the room was what was advertised online - the couch was available for us to lounge on instead of our room. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was good in this room. We had a fairly quiet area, so that helped when we had to do work. Again, I enjoyed the work space - it was super clean and inviting!

An update for the work space could provide more areas to charge our electrical devices. There was only one area where I could work and charge my laptop. I think perhaps updating the elevator could help, since it was a little slow at times.
