Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, central location. The hotel provided umbrellas for us out of towners.

We were initially given room without a view even though I paid extra on booking.com for a higher level room with view. It also didn’t have room for roll away bed if the sofa bed was opened up, which made it hard to fit 2 adults and 2 children (who didn’t want to be both on sofa bed). The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated us with a higher level room (apparently worth more than what booking.com charged) and did their best to compensate for the miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. The room I booked through booking.com apparently did not exist at the hotel, so I asked hotel to communicate with booking.com and vice versa.

We had an overall great experience :we enjoyed the location, the attentive and professional staff, as well as our beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms.

Gluten free options at breakfast were limited to eggs fruit and yogurt.Would have expected at least toast and gf granola given the very high standard of the property.

Comfortable and well appointed room. Down pillows and dimmable lighting a big plus. Family friendly. They let us check in super early after we arrived from the airport because a room was available, big win when traveling with kids. Restaurant and bar were easy but upscale. Fantastic walkable location.

Pricy, but the experience was superb.

We received an upgraded room. Beautiful room with city view. Bed was great. Bathroom was very well done. Breakfast at All Water Restaurant off the lobby was excellent. Front desk group were all very friendly and helpful. Jordy went out of her way to help in every way. All were very professional and took pride in their job. Would stay again!

Hotel does not have a business center for your computer use. Would have been helpful.

The bathtub was by far our favorite thing about the room. The room and bathroom were clean, plenty of space, and felt luxurious.

No refrigerator in room. We were on 7th floor and the noise from the alley woke us up more than once.

Great service, amazing vibes. I really enjoyed my stay. I thought I was going to have a hard time with street parking (because I refuse to valet my car most trips), but it was simple and easy..and cheappp (1 dollar for 2 hours). Great stay, I’ll be back to SEXY Seattle. Also the bathtub in my room was to amazing!! I created such a beautiful candle lit rose and sunflower bubbly bath for myself. What a treat!

Very quiet in our room. Comfy bed and nice soaking tub. Easy access to T-Mobile Park, Pioneer Square, International District, and Pikes Place Market.

On-site restaurant had limited hours and too expensive for daily breakfast.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness, soft pillows, and the staff's responsiveness to my needs. They are so welcoming and I could tell that they were mindful of being clean and safe in light of the pandemic. The bath tub is AMAZING. Very fun part of the room itself.

I didn't like my room. The standard room (not facing the Puget sound) not only doesn't face the coast, you're looking at another abysmal building wall. I guess that's what I get for paying for a standard room and paying less, so it is what it is.
