Large, clean, comfortable room for handicap access, close to elevator. Very helpful reception.

Location seemed to attract people who were not staying at the hotel to have meetings in the parking lot, not a safe feeling.

My problem is with Booking .com, not the hotel. I reserved a handicap, ground floor room. The hotel could not find my reservation so we had to take a 3rd floor basic room at the far end of the hotel. It was awful getting my sister to the room.. she could not shower the next day…going up the elevator…all in all it was very stressful, inconvenient and exhausting stay after a 250 mile drive to get there. It was a medically necessary trip or we would not have even been there. Thankfully there was a room at all for us! I will not use booking .com again!

The staff made you feel like family. They were very friendly and helpful . The motel room was clean and very nice. We would recommend this motel to everyone. We give it a 10 plus and would stay there again. Thank You.

There was an issue with communication between booking.com and the hotel. But Dan helped figure it out and in the process we had a genuinely nice conversation.

Unfortunately water pressure isn't something I expect much control over. But one can wish for more. While the bed was large and had sufficient pillows... it was edging towards a bit too much on the firm side, for me at least. Minor complaints overall. I was happy.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, spacious room. Breakfast was a little on the light side but the staff did a great job keeping everything full and clean. There was a soccer tournament going on with a bunch of high school boys (you know how much they eat) so I was impressed with the staff's ability to keep up. Comfortable beds.

Check-in and checkout were a little slow. They had some trouble finding me in the system for some reason - luckily, I had my confirmation e-mail handy. Staff was still very friendly and one of the desk workers was a little overwhelmed trying to sort a busload of high schoolers who arrived at the same time as me, so I give them credit.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good too. Lots of variety at breakfast. Nice seating area for breakfast. Staff suggestions for late dinner was a great recommendation at the Pint Barn.

Pillows were hard. We booked last minute at booking.com. Some hotels honor the discount price found, but everything worked out. A little confused on billing and we were so tired but I checked out and everything was fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast had several choices, and food was good. Hotel was nice, rooms were spacious.

Need better parking. I did bring my small dog. Prior to my stay I checked to be sure pets are allowed. It did not say anything about an extra charge anywhere in the site. I also checked the hotel’s website, and did not find anything. When I was checking in I was informed of an extra nightly fee. My dog also found old food on the floor he tried to eat. My friends who were also staying at the hotel that weekend found a pair of mens boxers in their rooms bathroom that did not belong to them.

James and Tracey were awesome staff members. Always helping out with figuring out what to explore, giving tips, and meeting the needs we needed for my toddler I was traveling with. They were very pleasant, personable, and fun to be around. They made my stay 10 times better then I intended to experience. I was traveling with a toddler and my handicap mother. There was definitely enough room to have a king bed, a couch, and a pack and play. The shower was fully equipped with a shower chair, side rails, and a nonslip mat for the bath tub. The shower head could rise or lower plus reattach. Very safe and I felt comfortable having my mom shower in there without needing constant supervision. Our room did come with a mini fridge and microwave. Another bonus feature that I didn’t use but a lot of others did, was the allowance of pets! I saw so many cute puppies in the halls. There was an indoor pool, but completely forgot to pack my swimsuit so was not able to use. Other then all that, the staff was very welcoming and polite!

Originally there was not enough towels and blankets. But after asking upon request, we were comfortable in our room. Not a bad thing for everyone, the bed was some what hard but I’m used to a memory foam mattress. So if you like the firmness then this place is for you!

We love the location and the staff are always great! This was our second stay and we will be returning. Our room was clean as it was last time and the beds are always comfy. The staff always goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

This stay, the hotel was full so in order for my kids to get what they like for breakfast they had to get up extra early or they would run out of the things my kids like. Other then that everything was wonderful

Front desk was nice and friendly

Breakfast girl looked sad and grumpy. Sunday morning around 9 am they were out of bread,yogart,fruit,juice,breakfast bars and milk. I think waffles were the only thing let but they were out of butter. The girl refilling the coffee kept rolling her eyes and I heard a couple people mention it, she wasn't rude...just cranky.
