The rooms were cozy.The breakfast were good.pool and sauna were great nice and warm.

I didn't find any problems everyone was very nice,better then alot of places pretty quite.

Older property but well maintained and very clean. There was an indoor pool, which we didn't use, but was being well used when we arrived. Our room was on the ground floor and very quiet. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfy. Parking was easy and there was a choice of eateries nearby. The Irish pub about 1 minute away was very good.

Breakfast was basic, but there was plenty of it, self service, and it was included in the price.

We loved our king suite with in-room jacuzzi! The mattress was soft, the sheets were certainly washed, and room was impeccably clean. The electric fireplace is a lovely touch which sets this hotel apart from the rest! The pool & hot tub is 24/7 which was wonderful when we wanted to take a dip at 10 pm! The front desk served warm, freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies which were YUMMY! Staff were welcoming & attentive

The breakfast wasn't appetizing, mostly refined carbs (bagels, cereals, muffins, waffles, toast). At no fault of their own, the surrounding restaurants seem subpar and not appetizing... (low ratings, too). It seems you'll have to drive 20-30 min north or south to encounter truly worthy restaurants to dine at. We went to the local Irish Pub which was a few minutes walking distance, and we've had better for better pricing.

The hotel is in a quiet location near a nature reserve. That's what attracted me in the first place. Check in was easy, and people at the desk were nice. There is a small pool and tiny gym. The bed was comfortable. The location would have been perfect if it were not for the traffic that made it almost impossible to get anywhere, but that's not the fault of the hotel. There are a few food options within walking distance: fast food, pizza, a pub. A short drive away but on the same side of the freeway is a gas station with convenience store -- mostly chips, drinks, and such.

I sent a couple questions via booking.com website, and they were not answered which is unusual. I could have followed up with a call but didn't. Breakfast was okay; however, the coffee was pretty bad. Starbucks is next door, and there is a coffee maker in the room. Not the fault of the hotel, but extremely heavy traffic made it impractical for me to drive to nearby exits for a Safeway or other food options or for visiting the nature reserve in the late afternoon. I don't recommend this hotel if you are planning to attend anything at the Tacoma Dome. I was not familiar with the area and thought it seemed closed enough and yet near nature. I allowed 1.5 hours for parking and never made it near a Dome parking lot before they were full -- police routing everyone downtown -- a real mess.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff is great, my family met the owners and they are the sweetest caring people, and they work when they are there I love when a owner of a business works at there business you don't see that often...Robert is also great I can't remember her name the mixed girl at the front desk is nothing but kind...I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. ..also having a place that had breakfast was a plus

There isn't anything I didn't like about this hotel. I did have to keep getting keys made for my room, but it didn't bother me at all to get ones made...

We were not expecting a full on suite as we were only passing thru for 1 night but the space was appreciated and it was really nice to be able to have breakfast in the room. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Really enjoyed the for breakfast and the waffle maker was great! The bread was individually wrapped which made for easy grab and go. Location was conveniently just off the freeway and there were several shops and restaurants in the strip mall next to it.

The breakfast was fine. The orange juice tasted weird, I was afraid to drink it. The location was great. I thought the place was wonderful. The bedding and everything was super clean. The room was perfect for the four of us, including our grown son and daughter. It’s difficult to find a place with three beds.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was too hard for me. It made my whole body ache. I know this doesn’t exist, but I really wish hotels would have a comfortable king bed for the adults and two other beds, of any sort, for the kids. Having a son and daughter, this has always been the challenge when traveling.

Super friendly staff and very clean place. The breakfast is good and well stocked. I like that the pool/hot tub have extended hours for use, but unfortunately haven't had time to enjoy either in my last 2 stays. Hopefully next time.

The gym. Equipment could be updated. Especially the stationary bike.

I love that the pool and hot tub is open 24 hrs the location is good and the first room was perfect but second room was just ok

We paid for 2 nights which was reasonable price then we decided to stay one more and the price jump up to 20 more dollars so m, husband book thru hotel and it went up 30 and we had to stay in a differnt room TV was smaller and not as nice i feel like we should of got the same place for every day thur booking or hotel

Everything was amazing. Super clean & cozy. Big room & comfy bed. 24 hour pool & Very roomy hot tub. The free breakfast is excellent. Absolutely anything and everything you could want or need for breakfast. I had a lovely stay.

Kids in the pool late at night. It'd be nice to have an adults only time in the pool area. Maybe after 11pm? But that's just me & totally minor.
