Best Western Liberty Inn DuPont JBLM

The breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff was very pleasant. We were always greeted with a smile. The room was clean. The beds were just right. We were asked if we wanted new towels to be changed for each day. That was a nice option to be given as choice. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and a short ride to Joint Base Lewis McChord. It was really nice to see that the Hotel honors the Military as we are a military family visiting our son at the Base.

Breakfast is good quality and variety, they have a pancakes and waffle machine that is awesome, also fruit and yoghurt and the space is wide, what I liked most was staff that welcomed me on Friday 27th , Jena was her name I think , very kind and comprehensive because we arrive late night at 11 pm , but she was so kind to show us all the stuff, I even booked another night with her because I felt very confident about this place, also rooms were very practical, good air conditioning system and beds, maybe I just would improve shower because its not so easy to use those cold and hot water faucets , small zen japanese gardening is great and so parking place.

When we left out on Sunday morning 29th Jan, at 11 am I was receiving a call from desk to leave the room or stay more, this another girl with glasses was very rude, it was Sunday and I said on Sunday everything was slower!, anyway I told her I was going to leave at noon, because I just had woke up, then at 12:10 again phone call to tell me that my card was going to be charged another day, so I run away from here very fast and restless and tried to forget this staff girl for rest of my trip

The property was beautiful! The outside was full of pretty flowers and plants. I enjoyed the fountain and decorations along it. The inside was decorated pretty especially the flower wall in one of the seating areas. It was clean and very nice. The room was nice and roomy, I felt at home for the night! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only complaint I can really come up with is the breakfast was kind of cold. I still ate it though as I had a microwave.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed. There was plenty of parking, and a few nice restaurants nearby. Nice neighourbood.

The sink was outside the bathroom and inside the room. So, every time one of us used the bathroom we would wake the other one up by washing our hands.

Everything. Breakfast was hot and had many options. Pancake and waffle machine was nice. Hot chocolate was a nice touch. I had a king room with jacuzzi tub. Definitely relaxing and would love to do this again. Staff was polite, always greeted me, and customer service was top notch.

The hotel was really clean, some areas were still under construction, it was located really close to food. they have a pool. And I really loved the bathtub Jacuzzi feature in our room when we stayed.

it does have a small parking lot, but it is also shared with other buildings a smaller hotel. it is not as big as it looks

The area is quiet, close to highway, very clean and anything need close proximity. Pool was warm, room good size, and great breakfast selection.

The noise from water running in other rooms super loud. Not hotel fault, but someone in hotel kept ringing our room at night then hanging up. Would choose top floor in future.

The staff was amazing, the pool and hot tub were clean and really nice. The rooms were big and nicely decorated. Over all nice place to stay

Very difficult to choose as EVERYTHING was above and beyond our expectations! GORGEOUS lobby, AWESOME food choices at breakfast, loved the exercise room, pool and hot tub! Our room was more spacious than other hotels we’ve used before!

That our stay was way too short!

The location of the hotel to near by restaurants was excellent. The facility was quiet & clean.

The breakfast on Sunday was literally done at 10:02. Would have been great if it was available until 10:30 for a sunday.
