Our experience was great, it was not our first time there

I went to the Cafe, asked for DECAF coffee Friday morning, now supposedly I got it, didn't feel any side effects I went to the Cafe on Saturday morning asked for DECAF with my breakfast, I was told by a different person, They didn't have DECAF, they didn't carry it. NOW someone is lying to me. either the girl on Friday or Saturday, If the girl on Friday gave me real coffee instead of DECAF, I think I would have felt the effects, the bad thing about this is, It could have caused heart problems, Now if the girl on Saturday was lying to me, thats just wrong. So which one is it???? also the water in the pool was freezing. LOL

Hotel is always clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of food and drink places all within walking distance.

Asked for first floor room, which I've got every time we come on memorial day weekend, booked in advance, but not available when we got there, big inconvenience since there were 2 adults and 3 kids, needed the bigger room with the living area to not be so crowded. This by no means is a slam against the hotel, just would have made the stay more pleasant. This hotel has always been great to my family. I want to make that clear.

Everything. Location was perfect as we were at the arena for a wrestling tournament. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I would like all hotels to look at the number of registered guests and provide an appropriate number of towels and washcloths. 3 washcloths for 4 people is not appropriate. It would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price. It is available for purchase but we like having it included.

The hotel itself was pristine, and very well maintained! We had a later than expected check in, but the person at the front desk was so kind and accommodating! Our service dogs were treated with absolute respect, and I would even say, were treated like part of our family, which they very much are! The room was very nice, modern, and comfortable! More spacious than most hotel rooms in that price range! The location is fabulous, we actually plan to come back and stay just for that reason, if not for the excellent service we received!

The staff was excellent! With all this pandemic going on they respected us as far as keeping distance making sure all our needs were met! So friendly! Will stay there again 👍👍👍

At $350 a night, the buffet breakfast should NOT be an extra $13 a plate. And if so, they need to specify that. We had no idea until the girl brought a bill to our table. For $30 I could have gone to a restaurant and had an ordered breakfast, not a yogurt, muffin, or bowl of cereal.

It’s location was perfect. Its right in the heart of the bustling little downtown. Walkable to shops and restaurants- it was only about a 5min drive once we exited 64W. Great for getting right back on the road the next day.

The only very minor issue is there were problems with the streaming service on the TV. Not a big deal!

The location was excellent since we were attending a concert right across the street. Our room was very clean. It was also pretty quiet as well. The staff was nice too. Also a convenient location to some restaurants.

The breakfast was too expensive for what it consisted of. We got 2 bagels, 1 banana (which I forgot to get), and a medium coffee and it was $9. That same breakfast would have been free at another hotel. Also, could have gotten 2 meals from McDonald’s for that price.

Did not take advantage of breakfast this time, but on other stays prior to this one, the breakfast has always been excellent. Great coffee and very friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I’ve always been more than satisfied each time I’ve stayed here. I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the comfort, the convenience, the friendliness and the amenities. It’s a great hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, front desk people were exceptional, very courteous and helpful. The indoor pool was very clean and enjoyable. I loved the large amount of good restaurant's within walking distance, bars and live music also.Had an excellent time here, would highly recommend this hotel as a excellent place to stay in Huntington. I stayed here when it was a holiday inn, it is so much better now since the complete remodel as delta. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to west Virginia.

Beds were a little stiff, not a major complaint though, we all have our preference ya know.
