Comfort Inn

The room was large and exactly as described! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast is great, facilities and room was very clean! It is convenient to Downtown and Mall! The location is also fantastic because next to gas station, beside an Arby’s, Taco Bell and Bob Evans Directly across the street and also a Wendy’s! I stayed there also with just my teen daughter and it felt very safe and comfortable! We have stayed multiple times and are returning to stay again in December!

There is honestly nothing, it is an older, smaller hotel and may get over looked but, in my opinion, is a hidden gem, rooms are lovely as the Hilton for half the price!

I was a little concerned about previous reviews that had remarks about the staff, but our interactions were delightful. Both evening and morning staff were courteous and engaging. We even traded war stories about working in the service industry. The gentleman on the morning shift was quite funny and we enjoyed the smile to start the day! Check-in and check out was quick and easy. The room was quiet and quietly located the perfect distance away from the elevator. The exterior of property was tidy and well kept. Conveniently to get to from the highway and food and gas are within walking distance of the hotel.

This is definitely an older property that could use a little love. Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and held up with scotch tape. Always, slays me that these bathrooms have wallpaper but little to no ventilation to remove the steam, so of course the wallpaper peels! The beds were clean and comfy, but the brand needs to ditch those silly decorative throws at the end of the beds. They just get dirty and serve no real purpose. The artwork , while trying to be modern, is horrible. Is it part of an art therapy project for serial killers? The towels in the bathroom were brand new! Very nice! However, the designers didn't bother to spec any towel bars.

the location couldn't have been more perfect, 7 minutes from family. the front desk clerk jimmy was great! we had an issue with our tv and he did everything he could to rectify the situation! and made our stay exceptional.

as a self-employed housekeeper it is second nature to check things. the room was 90% satisfactory. the plug in the tub didn't work, which was disappointing because i personally do not have a tub. was looking forward to soaking. but alas that wasn't possible. i left it with the morning clerk so it would be sure to be fixed and not just put back in tub.

The property was within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice fridge. The indoor pool looked very appealing. There was a very nice free breakfast.

I stayed at this property twice. In both rooms, the carpet was wet near the air conditioner. The first time I reported on check out thinking it was a unique problem. When the second room had it, I now assume this is a common property. Although the breakfast was lovely, there was little I could eat because of gluten intolerance. Just adding a gluten free cereal like Chex would be appreciated by people like me.

we stayed on the first floor and during the night we could hear people outside our window talking loudly. when I looked out the window a man was urinating. the front door needs to be automatic. I struggled while trying to get the luggage trolly inside. The toilet I the room was dirty.

The property was very nice. The staff was great. The rooms where even great. The only thing that I truly had a problem with was there was no extra towels. We had literally one towel in our room when we arrived. When we asked for more, we was told we could only have one extra towel and that they did not have any towels. Also no breakfast. Felt like that was a false advertisement because it was listed on the website to have it. Definitely not worth the price that we paid. Unless things get fixed here, I seriously doubt we will ever stay here again. Once again, Great Property, great location, great staff, very clean rooms, very comfortable, but terrible with the towels and breakfast situation.

considering the price, the room was very clean and much bigger than i expected initially. i was not looking for anything spectacular but it did exceed my expectations.

honestly it was all very acceptable. nothing stood out as being something that negatively affected the stay.

The night front desk is amazing! She was so helpful and friendly! And try the German restaurant in town- awesome food and great beer selection!

If you book a pet room, double check and call to make sure they have a pet room available. Booking does not communicate with the property directly to update the availability of a pet room. Fortunately the wonderful woman working the front desk was able to arrange a room for us (it was smoking which was icky, but after 13 hours of driving we were happy we had a place to sleep!) or offered to call up to the sister hotel to get a room for us there.

One of the better Ramada's I have stayed in. I haven't had too much luck with the chain but this was the exception. Room was comfy, towels were above average, A/C worked, mini fridge/freezer, microwave. However, Wifi as a little weak for me.

I needed something close to the hospital while my husband was having to stay overnight. This location was absolutely perfect, right off the highway with a couple good places around. The front desk representative was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast more than enough to leave with a full stomach. I would absolutely stay again if needed.
