Adequate breakfast. Excellent location for our needs.
Horrible lumpy pillows. Only had two on king bed . Usually there are at least 4. Needed to ask for a blanket and a chair. Manager explained they were keeping COVID in mind. Couldn't use the jacuzzi as it wasnt working. They need to disclose this when you are making a reservation. The elevator carpet was terribly dirty and stained. Hallway carpets looked nice. Will be glad when pool access is available again.

Everything. Most of all I could bring my 3 dogs and keep them safe with me. That means the world to me. I didn't think anywhere would let us stay with 3 dogs. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was great. I had a double egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon biscuit and it was delicious and I was honestly only expecting a Danish or something but they put a variety out. Considering staying again tonight if I can.
The coffee pot looked dirty inside. We still used it. Other than that no complaints thus far.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly. The accommodations were good and the location was excellent for our needs.
Just a little more love could be put into making the beds such as placement of the pillows and spare blanket in a neat manner as well as putting the towels and washcloths up neatly. There was also a piece of trash under one bed so a little more attentiveness under the furniture would be helpful.

The bed was thin springy and gave me a backache. There were only 2 pillows on the king size bed,requiring us to ask for more. Swimming pool was not filled on a 90° weekend.

It was comfortable and mostly quiet. There is places to eat nearby and also a Kroger across the parking lot. Makes it easier when you know you're going to miss breakfast
Housekeeping missed a couple of spots. I wasn't charged the day of my arrival but then felt like I was getting rushed out on the day of my departure.
