Residence Inn by Marriott Eau Claire

The room was amazing, and breakfast was awesome! It was well staffed and everyone was very pleasant. I also loved that I had the option to use my streaming services on the TV there. Even the cold, fruit infused water at the check in desk was a great addition. 12/10, would recommend!

The pillows are about the only issue I had. For some people they are probably great, but for me, I just wasn't a fan. Everything else was great!

Nothing I didn't like. This is my first visit to WI. We came to celebrate my niece's 16th birthday. I read reviews of over 8 hotels in this area and made the decision to stay at Residence Inn. We made an Awesome choice. The location is just great. The airport is very close, my nephew and niece's schools are less than 7 mins away. So I was able to take them to school during my visit and shopping areas are close by. When we entered the Inn we were greeted with a big smile by Jenny. I met Paula and Robert who were super nice and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was very tasty. We give 10+. Continue to provide the highest quality of services. We will be back hopefully in 2022. Thank you Sharon

It’s not the hotel’s fault really, more the structure. The people above us for whatever reason we’re constantly moving furniture and banging around. Late into the night, and also in the morning! Also, the outside of the hotel could have been patrolled better for trash (broken glass, dog poop, rubber gloves)

Roomy, clean, easy to get to.

Our toilet didn’t have enough water pressure and wasn’t flushing properly. We called for maintenance who came within 20 min and told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. We asked for a different room and fortunately one was available. We just had to wait for checkout and cleaning.

Beautiful, sparkling hotel in a wonderful setting high on the bluff overlooking a expansive, wooded valley!! Our king suite had everything we might need and more!! Our breakfast was one of the best we've ever had with a multitude of offerings including cold brew coffee, many hot choices and toppings, thick fluffy waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals and refrigerated choices, very complete!! Highly recommended!!

Location location location. And a very nice gym and workout area. The lady who works the breakfast is an elderly lady who is very nice and really puts a lot of efforts into making sure the breakfast are good and the area is clean. And she pleasant to boot. I’ve stayed at five other hotels in the area for work over the past two years, and staying here from now on.

Breakfast was wonderful. And fresh coffee was so nice!

Two of the rooms were close to the elevator - which is what I asked for. These 2 couples have mobility issues, so it was harder for them to come down to our suite room for sitting around and chatting time. I would have liked our suite to be closer to them as well, but I understand that the suite rooms may have needed to be near the end of the hall?? This is our ONLY complaint - everything was really great otherwise!

We had the King Suite and it was lovely to have pots/pans, real kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc.

The sofa in the room was extremely hard for comfort level. But it serves its intended functionality.

The hotel was so clean. It’s new since it just opened a year ago. Staff at front desk was friendly ! The fitness room had great equipment available. I will definitely stay here again!

If I had to say one thing is room rate was a little high but it was completely booked due to three weddings and family weekend at UWEC.

No restaurant bar or entertainment onsite. (Just depends on what you’re looking for) The pillows were uncomfortable. started out soft and feathered but quickly packed down and we’re hard.
