Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center Eau Claire

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before, and we really like this place. The staff is very kind and friendly, and I asked for a room on the first floor, as I am on a walker. They gave me a room on the first floor, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless. I worked at a motel for 13 years, so the cleanliness is really important to me.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Apparently, there eggs and sausage , but we were there at 6:30, it was empty the entire time we were there. The juice machine wasn't working either. But there are far too many good points about this place to let the breakfast bother me. We will definitely be back here again. Such a nice property! Wonderful employees, and so clean.

The last time I stayed here was during Covid and we had bagged breakfast. It was nice to choose your food. Selection was good.

I wish I had time to visit the pool. This was a great place to beat the heat since I don’t have air conditioning. Looking forward to having more time for personal pursuits the next time I stay.

Comfy bed! better than same hotel a week ago, different room different bed-way better during this stay

Employee was rude in breakfast room and at front desk. I had expected a water dispenser somewhere in breakfast room. After looking around and not seeing it, I went to the front desk to inquire as to where I might refill my Yeti water bottle before leaving for the trip ahead for today. She asked if I had my room key! I said no-we had already checked everything out of the room and were loaded up and needing to leave and that I had left both keys in the room. She said well, we have a water station in the fitness room, but you will need your room key to access the fitness room. I stated I had explained where my room key. so I walked away and then she came after me into the breakfast room, tried to say she was now willing to open it for me.

very comfortable beds. rooms are exceptional in cleanliness

Of course everyone can find a little something to complain about however the only thing I believe would be of an improvement would be if you were to use real eggs instead of powdered eggs for the breakfast even though I understand why they are the standard.

Awesome spacious room

Noisy til 10pm or so wedding reception that night and families stayed the night . Kids in room above me made plenty of noise . Normal kids playing but had me nervous how long they were gonna be up 😂

The room was nice, the parts of the hotel we saw was very clean and inviting.

We liked everything we saw. The young lady that checked us in seemed very put out that we wanted to pay in cash. She took a very long time to put in the payment and deposit.

It was right off the highway and easy to get to!!!

The breakfast was small and not as good as I was expecting but still decent. The pool was still in covid hours so the hours were very limited. The pool was still really big and bougie though!!! Definitely would stay again!!

The staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a dresser. It's hard to live out of a suitcase.

We stayed here on our way to upper Michigan. I traveled with my family and the cat. So, it was important that hotel was just on our way to Michigan, with the gas station next to it, so we did not lost a single minute to make this stop. The guy on reception was nice, friendly and helpful. He provided us with a room close to the backdoor, on the other side of hotel, with the parking space available right next to that door. So it was easy for us to get into the room with my disabled daughter and the cat. Room was nice, clean, with high ceiling that gives you feeling of extra space. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was really good for COVID era - they have menu in a room and you choose 4 items per person from it, making order on front desk. They provide some hot dishes in grab-and-go style, very rare nowadays. And pool was open. Perfect place to spent a night on your way to some other place.

No major issues, one small thing - the room door, if let it go to shut, was slamming loudly. So you had to hold it with your hand if you didn't want to make a noise

Nothing, just a little hint for housekeeping; you may want to clean behind the closed bathroom door as that corner in the floor needed it. Everything else was beautifully clean. ❤️😁
