Clean, quiet place to stay for a quick overnight visit to the area. I’m thankful they allowed my 3 small dogs to stay with me as well! Very friendly staff! Nice little breakfast to start your day. Would stay here again if ever in the area. Love the fact that they put me in a room right next to an exit for ease of taking my dogs outside to potty!

I stayed in a pet friendly room, which is a wonderful perk of this hotel. However, you could definitely tell it was a pet friendly room. Dog urine smell in the bathroom. I think a good urine eliminator cleaner would do wonders to help eliminate this. Maybe try Furry Freshness to clean the tile, works excellent to get that smell out. Unfortunately there was a guest or 2 that took advantage of their pet being allowed to stay and did not clean up after them when they went to the bathroom right outside the door. Unfortunate that some people take advantage of hotels allowing you to stay with your pets!

The only issue that I has was with the continental breakfast - it was basically non-existent on the days that we stayed there. There was half a pot of coffee on one day with no cups, I had to go back to my room to get a cup. And there were only a few offerings of bagels or yogurt that were quickly snatched up by the other guests. We ended up going to get breakfast every morning. I would have preferred to pay a little more to have a better, well stocked breakfast.

When checking ratings for hotels ratings this hotel was no exception - some good and some not so good. This hotel was the cleanest and most professionally staffed hotel I have stayed at in years. Professional staff, exceptionally clean hotel (lobby, hallways, and the rooms), as well as the outside appearance of the hotel. The area was perfect for events we planned on seeing. The rates here are more affordable. I don't usually rate a hotel this high, but especially since the pandemic and shortage of staff, hotels I've stayed at have a lot to be desired in the area of cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not fancy but very clean, which’s means more to me. Quiet. Room heater worked terrific (after I figured out one of the windows was partially open and it was 8 degrees out!) Snack machines were not outrageously overpriced like most chains I’ve stayed in so I didn’t need to drive around for a soda. Breakfast was just right: not too fancy to end as a disappointment but just as good.

The only thing I disliked was the really bright parking lot lights shining all night long.

We helped ourselves to coffee, but had plans made to go out for breakfast. Maybe the website could be a bit more descriptive in what is included in the continental breakfast. I was confused because the website said includes breakfast, but there was a list of outside places to get breakfast at the check in desk, so I thought there wasn't breakfast, but then found out there was a limited breakfast. Our room was very clean and had lots of space (one queen bed). No odors when walking in the room!!! So many rooms smell like smoke, stinky feet, dirty carpet etc. but this did not. I asked two weeks before arriving if one of our rooms could be upgraded to included 2 queen beds and that did happen which came in very handy when another couple decided to go 2 days before the trip.

Maybe a few more pillows?? Really it was a great room and friendly service. If you are not looking for frills, but just want a clean place to sleep this is it.

This happens very friendly and efficient my room did smell very clean and I did sniff the bedding upon entering and it did smell freshly laundered the bathroom had undergone some repairs the updates are being made I could definitely tell for what I needed it was great and I love their little pancake machine in the in the breakfast area very delicious and walking through the hallway before checkout I did notice a system in which their cleaning service worked and I was impressed

Would have have liked if I preferred a different room since they were kind of empty

It was very clean, quiet and up to date with the furnishings. Room had an unexpected bonus of a refrigerator and microwave. Great value for the money.

Breakfast did not have much offered other than some yogurt, unboxed off the store shelf cinnamon rolls and honey buns. Opted to go to a restaurant for a real breakfast after seeing what was put out.

Large comfortable ground-level room (easy to move luggage in and out). Easy check-in, friendly personnel. Ice machine near my room (important to me). Big fridge. Good pillows.

Big fridge but NO ice compartment (important to me). Mattress is just OK (prefer firm). Breakfast is basically just carbs (and yoghurt).

The breakfast was o.k. The pancake machine was cool and the yogurt yummy. The room was VERY clean.

there was no milk to put on the oatmeal. There was no dry cereal either. Only apples as fruit. We brought our own fruit. We noticed that the front door button to open the door automatically is VERY short. If I was handicapped the door would shut before I got halfway through the door.

The location was good and I loved the sounds of the birds in the woods. Parking was excellent and the neighbors were quiet. Staff was helpful!

I should have mentioned I have many food allergies and their wasn't much I could eat. The manager went and obtained some regular Oatmeal that didn't have additives. I'm allergic to wheat, dairy, corn, eggs and some fruits and vegetables.
