Pet friendly,Clean indoor and outside, indoor pool and clean, complimentary breakfast, had an extra pillow in the closet 😃.free wifi, microwave and fridge in cabinet and coffee maker on top. I also liked that they had a decorative white sheet instead of a comforter made me think and feel immediately it's washed after every stay😃.

Great bathroom but didn't have strong water pressure. I have very long hair and I need strong water pressure.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Flat Creek Lodge, the staff was very friendly. We liked the pool area, we were impressed to discover that there is a restaurant on the premises so we didn't have to leave for dinner! The breakfast included was really great, so many excellent choices to be had! Our room was wonderful as well, we enjoyed our deluxe king suite with the whirlpool in the room! We would/have recommended this place to friends and family!

There isn't a single thing that we could come up with that would need improvement, keep up the great work staff!

The continental breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. The whole complex is lovely with "up north" decor that fits with the recreation area. They have an on-site restaurant which we didn't try but it looked lovely and the prices reasonable.

It wasn't the hotel's fault that they had hail damage to the roof and the roofers were there just finishing the large complex. Because of that the pool area was closed but it looked awesome.

Breakfast was adequate for me because my food restrictions but good for other family members. It was a pleasant surprise as we were not expecting it.. Great location for walking to lumberjack competition. Very quiet for sleeping, We would definitely stay there again. I have a vast experience staying in hotels throughout the U.S. and several foreign countries and this was one of the more pleasant places I have stayed.

It was clean, nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub was great and not a lot of people. The breakfast was good it was more than just pastries and juice or bread, there was eggs, pancakes and sausage.

the only thing was it was hard for the kids to turn on the sink in bathroom, it was hard for all but my husband and I had to turn it on for them.

Close to the venue where we were attending an event. It had a bar/restaurant. We ate a late dinner there after our event. very convenient.

There were a couple of issues with the room. Sink in bathroom leaked and the cover for the Kleenex kept falling off. We didn’t know about these until we came back late after our event. We left a note when we departed.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Fire pit out front was an added bonus. On site restaurant/bar was very nice. There is a steak joint next door but their food was not acceptable. On site restaurant is much better.

Our room was clean and was cooled down for us upon arrival. We also enjoyed 2 meals in the restaurant - one with extended family, and one for the 3 of us staying at Flat Creek. The king size bed was very comfortable.

The pull out couch mattress was terrible. The mattress was so thin that all the springs could be felt. The person who spent the first night there could not sleep at all. She slept on the couch without pulling out the mattress on the 2nd night.

We arrived very late and was greeted at front desk with cheerful attendant. Room was very clean with fresh linens and nice continental breakfast in the morning. Will use this facility again.

It was our last night out ona little vacation but of course it wasnt Flat Creeks fault for that!

Breakfast was a nice had a nice variety. Very clean.

Water pressure in shower was terrible. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were small and hard. You only get two towels for two people.
