I loved how it was very comfortable, and quiet, and that they provided breakfast

I didn't like that I had to ask for more clean towels, trash bags, and no one even offered to change my sheets on the bed, I didn't like how I was charged on my card three times once for $108, second $83, third $25 after I had already paid through a third party but they say they refunded my money so I'm still waiting on that.

I've always found this facility to be clean comfortable I mean just a joy to be at however this time there was issues I'll put them in the comments below

I didn't like the fact that I was overlooked at check-in by two receptionists and not only was I overlooked and had three or four people pulled in front of me there are also no wash towels in the restrooms no bar soap just a shower gel and I found that really unacceptable but I didn't complain I just let them know that at the desk upon check out after not being able to reach them by phone from the room

Room was nice looking

There was a fight going on when we walked in. Worker and guest fighting was awkward and felt ghetto because no one was calling the cops The security did nothing. The cable on the tv was in and out all night. And the breakfast in bag could be better.

the hotel was pretty awesome. they have a pool which I feel could be a bit cleaner, there was growing mold on one of the tables. the rooms were very clean and had the needed things, except an hair dryer laugh out loud.

Staff were amazing, hospitable and answered each question I posed. Cleanliness is everything and staff were respectful in how they went about it. I will Definitely stay there again when I return to Milwaukee from the Pacific Northwest.

Pool was closed for cleaning the day of my booking. Would love if pool was cleaned after hours.

I loved how you definitely get your money’s worth at this hotel. It’s a great place for a great price and I would certainly come back.

There were a couple things in the bathroom that were dirty and the shower head wasn’t secured the best. There was also some open wires hanging out from the wall from where maybe a fire alarm was supposed to be.

Price was good. Located right next to the highway, so you can hear cars go by. It’s not super quiet. Room served it’s purpose. We don’t use the room for anything but a safe bed. Which this was.

Didn’t have enough towels for two people to actually shower and dry off. All staff I spoke to were courteous. Area wasn’t the best, but didn’t seem unsafe.

Quiet room despite being near the highway. Comfortable beds, spacious room, easily controllable heat/AC. Very convenient location, right near an interstate exit.

At breakfast (which was fine overall), the Western omelet was poor - almost no filling, eggs not fluffy.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the amenities were great

My only complaint is my bathroom had this sour smell. I think it was coming from the shower courtain but it was a really bad odor.
