Front Desk staff was extremely friendly! We appreciated it so much. We showed up in the morning as they were cleaning up from breakfast, but they offered to bring everything back out so our family could eat. This is above and beyond! Thank you for your exceptional service!

Hotel guests hanging tight outside lobby doors smoking. Would have preferred a place off to the side for them to smoke so I didn't have to walk through their second hand smoke

The staff was very friendly. I went out to My car at like 12am to get headache the front desk clerk went I came back in ask me how everything was and I told I had a headache he asked me if I took something and if I was ok I told him yes and I went to get something. And he said enjoy ur stay and feel better.

L worked in housekeeping 25 years so I am very aware of the cleanliness. It was great.
There were a few minor repairs that needed to be done,such as a very loose toilet seat.

It’s a beautiful building and easy access to all the rooms
My room was directly next to a storage facility and it brightened up our room with the curtains being closed. And for whatever reason the cleaning crew was asking us to leave almost a half an hour before we were ready to check out at the designated 11 am time
