Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo WI

It was a good, clean hotel. Staff seemed nice.Loved staying in the 2bed suite. Exceeded our expectations. In town for a family event & was our first time using a hotel; will definitely stay here again.

I really think they could do better at breakfast. There is really not a lot of options and I feel they could at least have some cereal options with milk or some bagels. There was only one warm item which was pancakes. I think since covid is kinda coming to a end that eggs and sausage options would be nice for guests.

My husband, son and I stop there on our way home from picking up our airman (son). When we entered the hotel the lady that checked us I’m in was so sweet. She took her time to make sure everything was right. I made a mistake and reserve the room for the wrong night but the hotel staff and booking.com were able to help me get everything taken care of. Once we got to our room I noticed one amazing thing there was no smell of cigarette smoke or marijuana! Nowadays every hotel that I’ve been to has a very strong smell of marijuana. I’m so thankful for the room and how comfortable it was even though we only stayed one night it was able to help us to stay rested for the next long ride to Michigan.

The rooms are always clean and nice! The staff is always nice as well!

We got the king room just for the tub with jets and after getting to the room and filling the tube we realized that the jets did not work. We were never told this while checking in. We had to call the front desk and she informed us that it was broken. Very disappointing.

It was comfortable and clean

The continental breakfast was a waste of time. Basically all there was offered was pancakes, yogurt and toast, coffee and juice. We were very disappointed and were forced to eat at a nearby restaurant

property was easy to access from interstate. staff friendly, room was clean. could hear some interstate traffic from time to time but otherwise spent a quiet night.

bed was just ok. shower pressure weak. not much variety for breakfast options.

The hotel was very clean and quiet

I didn’t like the lack of breakfast. I don’t know if it changed due to covid but it was a bit of a disappointment to have to find another place to eat.

It's clean, comfortable, location is perfect for me. Nice people at the desk too

Well the hot tub was broken, was looking to relax after long day driving. Price increased 30 percent over last visit two years ago

Everything was maintained except the towel rack, which was coming off the wall. Easy to book with booking.com

The breakfast ends too early. We were unable to try it.

I understand with Covid things would be different, but the choices were slim.

A choice of cereal or toast.
