Best Western Waukesha Grand

Kellie at the front desk was AMAZING! She had such great customer service and was super accommodating. She helped our group with an early check in that helped us out so much. She knew how to run a staff amongst a busy time.

The night manager "kicked us out" of the commons area at night when we were simply sitting and having a conversation. We were not loud or causing any trouble. All other hotels we have stayed at have allowed us to use these areas with no issues. I can understand if we were generating complaints or being loud, but that was not the case. The next morning a sign magically appeared that the area closed at 10pm.

Breakfast was good, staff was great, room was clean and no bed bugs! Very happy with our stay.

Only thing that I didn't like was the shower that we got. It is nearly impossible for the water to not fall out of the shower floor. I felt bad just leaving a bunch of towels on the floor since it was so wet and I didn't want housekeeping to slip and fall due to all the water on the floor. Also, I wish my partner and I got a room like we had the first time (1st floor and very spacious room compared to 3rd floor and pretty small room).

Requested a 1st floor room and they accommodated us. The room was very quiet. We travel with two dogs and they enjoyed the room too.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it but they should post their entire pet policy on Booking.com in the policies section. We had no problems with it but it could be for others.

Jacuzzi was the best we've experienced. The pool was also great. Breakfast was one of the best. The room was nice and very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked. Plenty of towels were supplied

Large room, comfortable facilities. Breakfast provided even though I was told the hotel would charge the same without breakfast. Convenient location near local airport and Waukesha expo grounds.

Hotel could use some redecorating. OK breakfast, but staff are only "allowed" to serve pre-frozen hot items like packaged egg disks and sausages. Other BW hotels provide a more comprehensive buffet.

Great breakfast with many options and the waffles were especially tasty. The location was central to lots of shops, businesses, restaurants as well as close to the freeway.

Well, the only thing that could improve is that the hotel was under construction. They were installing new bed frames throughout. So there were lots of boxes throughout the hallways.

I loved how quiet it was, how clean it was, and how nice the staffs were. The room was very nice with the jet tub. Staff were really nice and treated us with respect and were genuine.

Everything was good. Nothing was bad where we did not like. Our stay was great and we would come back again whenever we look for a hotel to stay at again!

Breakfast was great. They had a good spread of different varieties. Location was easy to find off the highway. Staff was great and accommodating to let us stay a little past check out time.

We were there for 4 nights and no one came to clean the rooms or offer new towels.

I love the breakfast! The bed was comfortable, the room awesome, wi fi and tv fine. The staff was great! The room was kept clean each day by the housekeepers.

Maybe chairs with a higher back to rest in while watching TV and of a larger size for those of us who are larger in size and weight.
