Overall the place was clean, the Staff was kind, and the room was nice.
We went to the pool around 730pm on one of the nights and the pool had not been checked on for what appeared the entire day. There were no clean pool towels. All the dirty ones were all Over the pool chairs and there were probably 10 dried up bowls of cereal from breakfast hours all around the pool. Along with crushed cereal and trash. The pool itself was clean however all around the pool was a mess.

This hotel was within distance of where I was going to spend most of my time. It was very clean and always had a place to park. Very little noise. I did not use the pool or the have the breakfast. Pool looked clean. My room was a nice size with an extra large bathroom. Bed was comfy.
There was not much that I didnt like. Only one thing stands out...while I understand the need to clean..the lingering smell of Fabuloso was not the greatest. Some like the smell, I do not.

Fantastic everything was clean and nice almost everything worked the cable box didn't work we didn't complain about it but that was the only issue hot tub was nice and the bed was great the shower worked right and was strong great room and worked well for us.

The lock on door to room was a little loose but no issue with accessing our room they could have an elevator makes for a lot of back and forth when unloading luggage into room

We had a nice room. The beds were comfortable.
I left a message that we would like 5 towels but there were only two when we got there. There also was no bedding for the pull out couch even though we said there were 5 guests.

The kids loved the pool
I didn’t like that they charged almost $400 on my credit card for a one night stay. It took almost two weeks to get the extra money put back on my card.
