Hampton Inn & Suites Kenosha

Very neat and clean. The pool area was stocked with plenty of towels and places to sit. The breakfast was the typical hotel food (I didn't have); however, there were 2 kinds of waffle batter (plain and vanilla). The room was a generous size, and the bathroom was big enough to allow 2 adults to get ready if need be.

The coffee offered was only light roast and very weak (I like a stronger coffee). The bed was just comfortable but not extraordinary. The $100 pet fee is expensive and would be justified if staying more than one night. This is based on the explanation by the director of sales stating that they bring in a company to clean the rugs and such to ensure that the next guest is guaranteed a clean room.

The staff here were amazing. I brought my daughter to the area for a college dance team try-out. Due to several circumstances, she wasn't able to fully prepare before we left home. The staff were willing (and excited) to let her use their large meeting room. They had the table removed and chairs stacked in the corner for her. They were more accommodating than I expected. I appreciate that. They truly went above and beyond for us.

The rooms,bathrooms,and lobby were clean.It was perfect.My family and I enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely book again.

The people in the pool were running,diving,and being super loud. They didn't try to respect the other guest in there. We left and went back to our room and came back at a later time.

It was fine, I don't like those small coffee machines in the rooms...without access to coffee in the breakfast area, better coffee set up would be appreciated.

I am disabled with end stage CHF, and have a ruptured disc in my lower back that cannot be fixed. Walking any distance is hard for me...I asked for a room right off of the elevator, but was 3 doors down from that. The fire alarms went off at 9:30 pm WHY? It was deafening. Lastly your beds are not comfortable at all. I seriously came home with sore hips from trying to sleep in them. Do you have choices in mattress types in the rooms?

This hotel is exceptionally wonderful… as a first time visiting the area we couldn’t have chosen a better place. We were on the 3rd floor to with a great view of the city. The room was really clean, breakfast was fresh and the pool was definitely good after spending the day outside.

Convenient location. Nice selection of amenities. Solid breakfast. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Quiet heating/cooling. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Kenosha.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Hotel was able to accommodate our stay with a baby crib, which made things comfortable for our 7 month old baby. Hotel looks new and seemed clean everywhere.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast area was clean.

Breakfast is adjusted to Covid times but at least there was a breakfast. We have stayed at other hotels during Covid and they have offered nothing but a bag to go. So this was a welcome change even if it was limited. And it was nice that the dining area was open where we could sit and relax and enjoy our coffee, etc. I liked the nice modern look of this pretty new hotel.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

I loved how clean everything was. It felt really safe there too! The staff was kind.

Maybe a little more, food wise but everything else was perfect!
