Best Western Plus Frontier Inn

The customer service is at the top. When we arrived we were greeted by smiling clerks, who handed us a bag with a horseshoe ornament attached shock had bottles of water, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, lip conditioner, a clear bag to carry it all to the Cheyenne Frontier Days. They also offered a shuttle to and from frontier days! We haven’t seen that kind of service in many years. We have told everyone how that made our trip. Not having ever been to CFD we had no idea where to park if we drove, so the shuttle was also a wonderful surprise! Thank you to everyone who had input.

It was great

The location was right off I-80. The lobby was very clean and the property overall is well maintained. The room was very spacious, the king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was available, standard continental fare, check in and check out was a breeze!

The AC was not working no matter what fan speed or temperature it was set on. We sleep with it cool. It was cooler outside than in our room. The bathroom lights made no sense and were ineffective. The 2 sconces were very high and the bulbs were almost fluorescent. My husband said they made him feel nauseous. Not great for makeup application.

The best roadside hotel we've ever been to. Management at the highest level. Cozy, carefully cleaned room, excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzi with hot water. The breakfast is simply excellent, the chef constantly monitors the availability of dishes in abundance. Pleasant staff greets guests in the lobby, and also offers hot cider or cold lemonade to your taste. The stop was unplanned, the trip was work-related. Therefore, it was even more pleasant to spend such a wonderful holiday in this hotel.

We received a phone call from the staff informing us of tornado warnings and the loss of power at the facility. So they gave us a rate adjustment to the due to the delay of checking in and not having the room available which was originally booked.

Had to accept a smaller room. Our only disappointment and sadness was having to see indigent people living out of their vehicles across the road from the facility.

Breakfast was as expected. The location was conveniently located close to the highway but far enough out of town to not be in the thick of things. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size.

The hot tub was not in use which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. We were disappointed that we were unable to use it as we look forward to relaxing in one after many hours of sitting in the car.

Excellent place, hot breakfast, clean and beautiful hotel/motel. Inside and out, staff were great. Most Gust didn't wear a mask. But every staff member did, and had sanitize and extra mask if guest wanted one, which was amazing.

It's not the hotel/motel falut, most guest wasnt were a mask or being considered of other people's space. Ugh. However, the staff did everything they could! Which was amazing. So I was very please to see them do that.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good as and freshly made, shout out to the women who does the breakfast. It was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Met our needs after a long day of sightseeing.

There was anything that I did not like. I just want to note that you this property is not in the town of Cheyenne and you will need a car to get to this property, visit Cheyenne and go out for dinners. I knew this in advance so I was fine with this.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast area was very clean and the man in charge of food and seating area was very attentive and friendly.

We arrived to checkin about 2 pm. The lady at the desk said could not check us in til all the rooms had been cleaned. Our room was booked ahead so not sure what all rooms cleaned had to do with us. We arrive back about before 3pm and a different attendant was at the desk and checked us in before 3 pm.

Enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was good each day. Room was clean. Love afternoon fresh baked cookies. Staff was friendly.

Handicap room so there was no toilet lid. Had no space to hang clothes, put toiletries, no shelves no counters. Annoying to say the least.

Location was a little out, but it was very nice. I attended a two day seminar there. Coffee selections were great. The conference room was very nice as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Although I booked through Booking, I was hoping I would get the rate that all of the other seminar attendees received for their room. I was told the block of rooms for the seminar was closed, so I made my reservations through Booking. The rate for the other seminar attendees was $125.
