Motel 6 Cheyenne

Clean beds , plenty towels snacks and sodas are fair priced as well as laundry facitlies. I booked online and was upgraded to a king . I love the led lights behind the tvs and bed. Charming little Christmas village for the holiday. Staff members exceded my expectations. I will be coming back again to see them. Tabitha. Tj. And Angie. Well done ! New management was also very helpful. Thank you guys!

The front desk man was extremely friendly and made checking in a breeze! The bed was a king sized and possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! The room was extremely clean and functional. Very nice experience after a long day of driving.

It would have been nice to have the pool in service. The weather still feels like summer and I was looking forward to swimming.

The wind

We made reservations at the property, and experience a vehicle break down prior to arriving! The breakdown was going to cause our arrival time to be in the early hours of the next morning. We ask the manager if he would consider allowing us to cancel the reservation without changing the prescribed fee? Under our circumstances he agreed, and for that I am writing this review. The manager Did not have to work with us, but he chose to!😀 I have stayed at this property in the past, it is a clean, well kept, and convenient to downtown location. Sir, I Thank you for you consideration and ultimately agreeing to allowing me to cancel the reservation without charge. I will be back to stay with you the next time I am Cheyenne, Wy.

Loved the staffs friendliness

The floors are extremely dirty. As if it's never mopped only swept. I showered and only walking from the shower to the bed my feet were already black I washed my feet then same thing finally had to pull my slippers out to prevent it getting in the sheets. Please have housekeeping not just sweep and start mopping it was such an inconvenience and simply disgusting.

This is a hidden gem. Great customer service! It's clean, updated, and within a short drive to major attractions. They staff was great! We were there for 8 days and needed towels, ice, had a package delivered from the airline (yup) and they were always happy to help.

No refrigerator or microwave. We bought a cooler. The first two days we got there the pool wasn't open.

The staff there work hard to make your stay exceptional. They are in the middle of renovations and they work as a great team to make everything run smoothly.

Nothing, really. I had a request after my first night that was taken care of immediately with no hassles.

Rooms were clean. Was able to park in front of our mobility accessible room.

Room was a little small for my mothers walker to go through. Had to move the furniture a little bit.

The room was nice for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable which I did not correct at all. Some of the towels were stained but you could tell they were washed. The pillows were flat but I’m particular with my pillows due to migraines so I just brought mine in from the car.

Great location to pivot from in this historic, sometimes busy, city. Nice relaxing room. Basic necessities and conveniences covered.

For being a cheaper hotel, it didn't really have any flaws. We had a good stay.
