Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne

The room I had was equipped for accessibility for a person in a wheel chair or other mobility issue. That was great!! One problem escaped your consideration......the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower are mounted too high on the shower wall. While using a bath seat in the tub, an individual cannot reach the dispensers. Please correct as it is an easy fix!. Thank you!

We found the counter help to be very friendly, the facility clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable, the breakfast sufficient. Overall we were happy with location and the accommodation and will stay again should need arise.

I did find the additional $3 charge for parking a bit odd however, not a deal breaker but be aware.

It's a nice clean place. Staff was courteous. My only complaint was that the shower gel was out in the shower, but thankfully, there was a 2nd bar soap on the counter.

Just this empty shower gel. Would have like more hand towels, but we could've asked for them.

This location has a restaurant next door and is close to shopping malls. It is also just a short drive to the state capitol complex. We arrived early and could not check in so drove around to sight see. The reception staff was friendly.

This location was just transitioning from CoVid19 protocols so the breakfast was "heat your own" premade sandwiches and cold options.

I didn't like the fact I had to clean my own room. I paid a lot of money only to have to clean it myself. I done hearing about COVID. When I leave, they had to go in and clean the room so what is the difference if I stayed 3 days and wanted my room cleaned. If I'm not in the room, it is the same thing as if I had checked out. I feel that I deserve a credit since I had to clean it myself.

walkable to so many things. prime location. staff were very attentive and friendly. breakfast hot and ready on time.

rooms were very dusty. found a dirty sock from previous person in the room.

The location was great. The breakfast was really truly exceptional; as was the staff. The workout room was also very nice and well equipped.

The pool was barely adequate and the hot tub was broken. Pool towels were dingy color but probably clean.

Our room was wonderful as well as the staff.

We didn't like that the hottub was not available. Have stayed in other hotels since covid and the hottubs were available.The pool was very cold.

Food was fresh not sitting for hours like other places. Fairly good variety and was hot, not Luke warm.

Didn't see any bacon or omletes.

I loved the room colors and decor. It was Modern but warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again

It seems that hotels I’m staying at have a shortage of supplies right now and I don’t know if that’s because of Covid. But there was no Regular Coffee or shampoo in the room.
