Comfort Inn & Suites Cheyenne

Mike, Marisa, Luke and Aaron(night shift ). thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being super sweet to us. we are relocating from KS to MT and our trip started out a little crazy. just when we thought we only had 60 miles left we were stopped on I-80 for 3 hours. we were white knuckling the steering wheel on the Uhaul and our car. we got in super late but we’re greeted by Marisa who was so awesome thank you all so much for your kindness in the midst of some chaos.

It was very clean, comfortable and the staff was great. We left something in our room when we checked out. I called hotel to check and because housekeeping hadn't gotten to our room yet, the gentleman who answered put me on hold and went up to our room and found the item. He held onto it for us so we could stop on way out of town to get it.

Can't think of a thing.

We had a spacious room that included a desk, a comfortable easy chair, a large LCD TV, and plenty of lamps and lighting options. The walk-in shower was decent, and the bathroom was well appointed. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. While it's not the newest hotel in the area, it is very well managed, well maintained, and has a great staff. The included breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The carpet and drapes in the room were a bit dated and worn. But this did not detract much from our overall experience. It is a good hotel with a great staff, and they offer very competative room rates.

It was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very friendly. It was located across the road from another hotel where we were able to have a cocktail. Complimentary breakfast was fine and appreciated.

Location was off the main highway, which was good for passing through but maybe not for exploring the area.

parking was not great so many work trucks with trailers taking up 3 to four spots I stayed for five days and would have to make sure I got dinner and was back by 7 or I’d have to deal with no spot to park the shower was odd too

The staff were wonderful—very communicative, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the staff behaved accordingly, giving our dogs attention and superior treats. The breakfast was quite good for this sort of basic hotel. The omelettes were good, as were the waffles.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The Breakfast was FANTASTIC!!! My favorite breakfast of our trip. Overall we had a good experience. The people were lovely and the boot out front was absolutely adorable!

The room could have been cleaner, and it didn't really feel as safe as we would have liked. There were people milling around in the parking lot smoking and watching us get out of our car. Other than that it was great!

The breakfast was awesome! Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels. They accommodated us with an extra bed.

There was one staff member we that was not very helpful. But the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. There isn’t anything to complain about.

Very nice front desk, thank you guys. Good sized room, nice bed, we felt comfortable. Nice outdoors area. Pretty clean. A complimentary coffee, lemon water, cookies at the lobby provides a welcoming ambience.

My son allergic to cats and apparently there was cat in the room before (we traveled with a dog) - he kept sneezing all the stay. Maybe they should vacuum rooms better.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean, the staff were friendly.

The only of concern was that there was way way too much chlorine/chemicals in the hot tub and pool. So much so that my boyfriends black swim trunks were pretty much bleached the next day after they dried. We couldn’t sit in the hot tub too long because the fumes were hurting our throats and eyes.
