The check-in experience was amazing. The GSA was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. I only stayed for a night but if I were to stay longer I would have definitely used the full kitchen.

The only weird thing was the bed in the living room. I understand it is to increase the occupancy of the room but it was a bit awkward. Potentially having one or 2 single bed rooms but that same size as the suite would have been nice. I work in hotels so I understand it is not as easy as said.

Great location to enter Yellowstone from. The price is a bit steep but on the cheaper end of what’s in this area. The hot tub was a nice addition! Breakfast had more variety than we expected, and was appreciated to set us off on our journey.

Breakfast was completely packaged and all disposables which was disappointing from an environmental perspective! Also, not much sound proofing between adjoining rooms - our next door neighbours had the tv on all night.

I liked that the room had an inside door as well as a door to the outside. This made loading/unloading luggage a breeze. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding.

The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. The packages on the pastries were opened so the food was stale. A better variety would have been nice.

Room was clean, and the chairs out front had a lovely view of the mountains. Front desk staff were very helpful when I had to switch my nights around. Good value for the ridiculous summer prices happening in Wyoming now. They provided a decent Covid-era breakfast. Fruit, yogurt, granola bars, coffee, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches you could microwave (or pancake-covered sausage on a stick). There was also air-conditioning in the room, which isn't always a given in Wyoming.

These aren't necessarily negatives, but just something to be aware of. Pool and spa was closed. The hotel isn't really within walking distance of anywhere in Cody, but it's only a two-minute drive downtown and a few minutes more to places like the Buffalo Bill Museum (which is definitely worth a visit).

Good, clean, simple, nice opportunity to soak in the hot tub. Overall a great place to use as base of operations while exploring the area.

Heater unit was quite loud, cable TV was frequently inaccessible due to lack of signal (probably bad weather storm moving through the area at the time).

Location was beautiful. Close to may places to see in the town of Cody. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the Bill Cody Museum, great food and staff at Irma. Loved Cody Wyoming! The views of the mountains were stunning! Chamber of Commerce was very helpful with Yellowstone weather updates!

The room could have used some updates. Carpet was spotted. Went to have continental breakfast and there was no coffee and other items ran out.

The hotel is older, but was very clean and comfortable. The view was nice.

The complementary breakfast was minimal. packaged oatmeal, packaged breakfast sweet roll, small yogurt and small orange or apple juice. No milk, We had hot water for the oatmeal the second day, but had to heat our own water the first day

On the edge of Cody, very close to airport which was why we chose the location for our sons who had a 7 AM flight the next morning). Comfortable - rustic but nice. Short hop to town and all that is there and very reasonable rates.

Needed help securing transportation to the airport but the lady at the front desk had nothing. Easy enough to handle on our own but would have been nice to get a recommendation.

Outside and interior entry nice. Room was fairly clean. Staff very friendly and got us ice as the ice machine was broken.

Furniture and carpet dirty . Exterior door not securable. Could push on the door and get in. Tub had black ring around it inside.

The staff was friendly and the spa opened until 11:00pm. It’s also approximately 1.5 hours from the Yellowstone National Park due to the North/Northeast Entrance of the park being closed at this time.

The ac unit was very loud in our room and the ice machine on both the upper and lower level wasn’t working during the time of our visit.
