Wapiti Lodge

The owners were wonderful and the staff was very friendly and nice. The service was great. The restaurant for dinner was great, our cabin room was very, very clean and equipped with everything. The view is pretty, especially at sunset and sunrise. We felt comfortable, cozy, and really relaxing atmosphere I'd recommend this place if you're going to Yellowstone National Park from Cody Wyoming side. The ARREDONDO family.

They don't serve breakfast, but it's because you have a fully kitchen ,fridge and stove, the works. So buy or bring breakfast stuff. They do have coffee, though.

A truly lodge paradise. The decor made you feel like you were in a luxurious western. Staff were super friendly the second we checked in. Hospitality was on point. Breakfast basket in fridge for breakfast. Quaint music playing on the TV when we arrived at our room. They had a card addressed to us thanking us for being there and to make sure if we needed anything to ask. We sat on porch outside our room in the rocking chairs. We ate at the bar/grill downstairs for supper. We sat outback afterwards and took in the beautiful mountains & brook below. Top notch place, we didn't want to leave.

Walls are thin, crying baby at 6am woke us, but not the lodges fault.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wapiti Lodge and would stay again. Larger bedroom did not have a closet. Really would have been nice you have a washer and dryer at your location. Also an ironing board and iron since I’m from old school and love my cloths wrinkle free. We would not let these small needs keep us from staying with you again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you.

Check-in was quick and easy. From the moment we drove up to the property, staff welcomed us outside on the porch and guided us to our room and parking area. We were there on July 4th and there was a cookout, along with live entertainment. Staff told us about areas of the property we could explore. Overall, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast of bagels, fruit, yogurt and juice was perfect to help us get an early start to our day.

Nothing. This was the first time we had stayed anywhere other than a traditional chain hotel and we were pleasantly surprised.

Host was most helpful with information of the area and also upgraded us to a large two bedroom cabin with deck. The area is very quite and the accommodation clean with a full kitchen (although we didn't use it), car parking was immediately beside.

Dinner is available but wasn't on the one day we were there. It is a bit out of the way if Yellowstone is your visiting destination. The price for where it is was on the high side.

The serenity of wide open spaces, the river alongside the lodge, the large spacious rooms, the greatest welcoming hospitality, the feeling of a happy family all around us & the caring of staff in the air. We will be back to your part of the world. God Bless the Whole Staff!

We loved everything on our 1st night away Celebrating our 40th! Compared to all 5 Yellowstone Gates. Your piece of paradise was our absolute favorite 💓

It was very nice. Lots of natural wood, always a treat for me. The owners were also some of the staff. Very welcoming and willing to help. Back patio sits near the bank of a flowing river. Room was a very decent price. And it's located just about 30 miles from Yellowstone.

I got bit by a mosquito. They had Budweiser listed and a lighted sign out front. But, don't actually serve Budweiser. 😂

Great Western ranch style location and good value for money for a location near Yellowstone. Nice restaurant with local guests (closes 21:00).

The breakfast was left in the fridge - it was a bit basic but more than enough for the 5 of us. We were in the Custer suite - there was no curtain behind the king bed where we slept but we solved this with a cushion.

Nice, spacy room, porch with nice mountain view, very good location to start your visit to Yellowstone.

Please, check if your offer includes breakfast. In our case it was not clear at the booking stage, and finally it happened that the breakfast was not included. Fortunately we had access to fully equipped kitchen in our apartment.
