Well appointed rooms decorated in the style of the old West. Lovely garden and conservatory room. We were lucky enough to be there on an afternoon when there was live music outside during happy hour.

The continental breakfast was stingy and inadequate for a hotel of this quality. The only choices were English muffins or small bagels, apples, and packaged cookies. Both days we were there they ran out of English muffins before 8:30; ran out of clean dishes, silverware and napkins were unaware when there was no coffee.

Great historic hotel in central Cody with lots of character, friendly staff and good parking. Walkable to all bars, restaurants and within 10-minute walk of the Bill Cody museum.

Our room was on the smaller size - particularly compared to other rooms which we could see because unused room doors are left open. Breakfast options were a little limited - plain bagels/muffins, apples and cookies. It would be good to include a cereal/granola option and some more fruit.

Really enjoyed the live music and bar area, it had a great ambiance without being invasive, left room for open area to read, or interact with other guests. 10 out of 10 will be back.

Majority of the staff was excellent and above expectation. Ran into one server during the evening and she was rather rude. Didn’t bother to get their name. Perhaps was just an off day for them.

Very good for most people but my husband and I have diabetes and there were juices and high carbohydrate pastries that tasted good, but we still had to go out for breakfast to get bacon and eggs. The pizza that was available also tasted good but we had to go out for additional proteins for a meal. We enjoyed the coffee and the chocolates on the bed

Just too many carbohydrates

So charming! Love the antiques that make each room unique. Comfy bed, not just a chocolate but a box of chocolates on the pillow, in-room Nespresso machine, lots of history, lovely common areas, drinks in the conservatory and the cute little bar... it was worth the harrowing drive over the pass in a snowstorm to get here!

The shower was tiny with no way to redirect the water flow, making it challenging both to soap up and to rinse off.

The Chamberlin Inn blew our expectations away. We had no idea the nostalgia behind this romantic and cozy B&B in the heart of downtown Cody! We had the entire place to ourselves it felt like. There was maybe one or two other guests that stayed the same weekend as us and it was just perfect. Got the chance to have a nice chat and some whiskey and wine with the bartender and one of the guests. We fell in love with the historical charm the Chamberlin Inn offers each guest. Each room was uniquely dressed and it was really neat seeing Ernest Hemmingway's room. The cozy sunroom/patio and quaint little bar for a lovely nightcap was so inviting. We loved the little "extra details" like the Nespresso machine/pods and handmade chocolates left on each bed. The only bad thing was having to say goodbye. I look forward to visiting Yellowstone and Chamberlin Inn again. Was an unforgettable trip for us and Chamberlin was part of what makes Wyoming so special!

If I had to pick one thing it would be to offer coffee mugs vs paper cups in the morning.

This is a lovely property with so much attention to detail in the Art Deco furnishings. So many period pieces in beautiful condition. Delicate flowers in the bedrooms and lush plants in the lounges and conservatory. Tasteful lighting, with elegant tables , period curtains on decorative curtain poles. Staff so polite and helpful.

Walking distance to downtown Cody. Restaurants and shopping. Private 4 season atrium and private backyard to relax and enjoy conversations with other guests or enjoy by yourself. Property extremely well maintained and upscale with the turn of the century feel; Circa 1900 but with all the modern amenities.

Couldn’t stay longer..

The staff made us feel right at home from the minute we entered the door. Gave us a little history about the place which was an added touch. Such a quaint, beautiful place! Wish there were more like it but then that would take away from its uniqueness. Would recommend to anyone traveling in that area! Loved it!

This is just a suggestion. In the separate apartment (#40), I would add a set of hooks in the bathroom to hang more stuff, especially if staying multiple days. Also on the front door of #40, need to find better solution for privacy other than drapes that cover/block when entering/exiting.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The whole place was beautiful. They did a great job with the decor and the decorations for the time when the hotel was originally built. Staff went out of their way to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help with luggage as they’re is no elevator. The only wish I had was that the room had a mini fridge. Many people like me are traveling with coolers ans a fridge would have been nice. However they went out of their way to get ice for your cooler!

The lack of a small refrigerator. It’s hot there and it would be nice to have a fridge to keep drinks and leftovers cold
