Home2 Suites by Hilton Gillette

This was our first time staying with Home2, we are usually loyal to another brand and actually pretty high in their member rewards chain, but have been unhappy with the rooms we've gotten lately. So we gave this place a try and we left so impressed. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were great, firm but squishy. I do wish there were 4 pillows instead of 3, but I digress. This is a pet friendly hotel and have treats out in the lobby. The staff was so upbeat and friendly. The breakfast though takes the cake! Since covid hotel breakfasts have suffered greatly, but not here! We had a hearty great tasting breakfast that was included with our room stay! I think we will start staying at this hotel brand and say adios to the one we've been loyal to for 10 years.

The only complaint I had was the pillows, I wish there were 4 on the bed instead of three, I know there were others. But my kids, who slept on the pull out sofa used those.

Breakfast was good egg sandwich’s scrambled egg dishes cereal biscuits and gravy and more all good All the staff was friendly and very helpful the bbqs were great and always available

I didn't expect to have an entire kitchen in the room. It was very clean and modern. Great shower and water pressure.

There were drunk men outside eating and drinking alcohol. The one worker came outside to smoke and obviously knew them. He didn't seem to care how loud they were being. I didn't get a great vibe from them.

Good location just off of I-90 on the east side of Gillette. Pet friendly hotel ($35 one time pet fee). The hotel is almost new so it is clean and updated, with a contemporary design style. My room was quiet and comfortable. There were sidewalks and grassy areas surrounding the hotel which were good for walking my dog.

Other hotels are more competitive in terms of pet fees.

Staff was knowledgeable and efficient.very courteous.

Found left over clothing from previous Tennant. Room was recently cleaned as dishes in dishwasher were still warm, maybe housekeeping was a little rushed? Front desk staff were notified and situation resolved.

Great having a kitchen, and curtain to divide the bed ~ was perfect for our family of three. Good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The dishes were in the dishwasher (clean) so we had to unload ourselves.

We got a double size room, and it was great. Also, breakfast was great as well. Liked the location - on top of a hill with nice views.

The blinds were electronically controlled and I could not figure out how to work them. A minor point, to be sure.

I liked the size of the rooms, the staff was accommodating, the location was good, and the hotel was pet friendly with a nice outdoor area for the dogs.

It snowed while we were there and the door leading to the back where pets were allowed was really icy. There was no snow removal done by the hotel in this area which was a little disappointing.

This hotel was a great. Long stay style hotel with kitchenettes. They ran the dishes before we got there so that was convenient. Bed was a little stiff but overall a great hotel

Bed too small and too stiff, other bed was a pullout.

This property is very pet friendly! Only charged $25 total for our 3 pets and our stay of 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. The facilities were very nice! Gym / laundry / pool. Even with most hotels stopping breakfast service, this hotel still made a safe way for breakfast to continue. Would definitely stay here again!
