Short one night stay on the way from South Dakota to Yellowstone. Comfy room, quick check in, all clean, standard breakfast.

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid.

The size of the room was very nice. The location was also good for where we needed to be and near restaurants etc.

The breakfast was my least favorite part of the stay. The warm foods (eggs, diced potatoes, bacon) needed reheated in the microwave. The chocolate muffin was dry and not fresh. Our carpet was very dirty. Our check in was not very efficient and then later we received a call that our credit card didn't go through and it was because the hotel staff wrote down our expiration date incorrectly. We also had someone enter our room while we were in it. I'm guessing the staff gave them the wrong room number. In the morning, the front desk clerk was having a personal issue and was yelling so everyone in the dining area could here. She was complaining about something with her job which totally turned me off. The fitness room was the tiniest one I have ever seen.

The front desk people were always so nice. We had gotten into a fender bender right before our stay, so when I asked if we could extend our stay by one night since we couldn’t get a rental until today, they happily accommodated us. I appreciate this place so much and they truly made our stay so comfortable. They also brought treats for our dogs!

Nothing. This was an exceptional stay.

Location, close to everything. Staff tried really hard to be accommodating-trainee didnt know much but I'm sure that will improve with time.

Keys didn't work, twice upon check in (even after reprogramming). Mold in the bathroom around soap dish and on the wall between the tub and the bathroom door. The hot tub was luke warm, birthday party(?)at the pool so no room to swim or sit by the pool without lots of noise and getting splashed (no fault of the hotel or staff). Not awful, just little inconveniences, not very relaxing.

Everything to check in to the room to the bed hot clean shower. Towels was soft!! K.cup coffee maker in room. Bed was so comfortable like a freakin cloud!! 10 out of 10!! Must stay here!! I will b coming back to this one. Oh and full breakfast from cereal to waffles to muffins. Everything was so great. Inside pool n hot tub. Open till ten pm

their occupancy was next to nothing the night I stayed. I requested 2 beds in my original reservation. as the rock. was for me and my daughter. why they couldn’t put me in a room with 2 beds upon check in baffles me. I’d consider it a downgrade (requested one at that).

Easy to find. Clean room and comfortable bed

We had to wait for our room to be ready. We got in after 3 and still had to wait. They were full the night before and were behind getting rooms clean. They were very apologetic about it. We just hung out until the room was ready only had to wait about 20 minutes. But a big deal. The breakfast in the morning was not good. The eggs were horrible. They didn't even taste like eggs. State tennis tourney was in town so a lot of kids running around and being loud.

The room was very nice and it was very clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I feel that it would be worth coming back.

The hotel was a bit warm. I think the air conditioning could have worked a little better. I liked the waffles however, I was told the night before there would be bacon and eggs and I did not see that available. Maybe if I had gotten up earlier. I just feel that if it was available it should be available the entire time breakfast is served. Other that that it was great! Definitely better than the breakfast I have had other hotels.

The location was very convenient. Close to the event we were there for and lots of dining options close by.

Laundry facilities were not available during our stay.

Chase checked us in, very friendly, polite and professional. There was a little glitch with my credit card which he addressed perfectly. Problem was solved. Excellent accommodations, I am traveling with two ladies who are handicapped and the room was perfect for them. Comfortable beds with great pillows and a Keurig for the morning. A small $20.00 fee for my dog which was well worth it. Overall one of my best hotel stays in years.
