Havana Nha Trang Hotel

Nicer hotels certainly exist out there, but for the money they charge, this stay tops my world list of 73 countries as best value for money! The whole of Vietnam does!! Not to leave the wrong impression, this is a 5-star resort and no luxury has been spared. Their "standard double room" for c.$50/night was a 24th floor, beach view, with breakfast, swimming pool access, jacuzzi and sauna all included. It also gave me 30% massage discount. Their on-site spa provided hands down the best massage I have ever had, full hour for like $15. In the USA, I've easily paid $400/night + resort fees for the same amenities, but infinitely worse service and the insolent expectation I should be handing down 20% tips on $25 drinks. If you want the right experience, board a plane and fly to Vietnam! It will end up saving you money! The location also deserves a special mention - two of the top bars/clubs in Nha Trang are actually in the hotel, Havana Club and Skylight, and with THE number one spot in the city, Sailing Club, being only a short nice walk along the beach away.

Nothing worth mentioning.

we got an upgrade into a bigger room, with a big beautiful spacious bathroom, another small separated Toilette and a kitchen with a living room. From the bathroom and bedroom had a beautiful sea-view. The buffet breakfast was incredible. It was tasty and we had a grande selection of food from Asia to Western countries. All staff members from Premium Havana Hotel were really kind, extremely friendly and always helpful. Thank you!

Sadly some guest behaved without manners. I saw people littering in the elevator, or just elsewhere on the ground, throughout the hotel. The staff tried hard to keep everything clean. In the night we often heard other guest coming back from party, screaming and banging through the wall, sadly unpleasant.

Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach . The panoramic view from the room and amazing view from bathroom as well . House keeping was excellent in detailed cleaning of the room . The Spa was worth the money very clean and excellent service .

The rooftop Skyline Bar was closed and only opened at 8 pm to 1 am not every night as a night club . Disappointing with such a fabulous view and guests unable to use the facility for afternoon drinks and food . Not used to it’s full potential . Breakfast could have had more variety , choices were repeated daily . Lobby Bar was missing ambience , music not inviting to attend . The pool had a great view but lacked ambience as well .

Check in went well- The breakfast was varied and plentiful. I got my vegetarian food-Ordered. The location is central and have their own bathing beach. The porters were courteous and helpful. We loved it and stayed extra night. It was ok swimming pool, gym and sauna.

There was little choice of fruit for breakfast. The gym and sauna should opens from 06AM. The hotel guests should not pick up a lot of foods and not eat it up, then they throw the foods away!

it’s a 5 star property at 4 star price. the location is amazing, facilities very good but more than that the staff attitude to go above and beyond to help. our son for sick and the care we received .. I was blown away! they didnt have to but cared enough to call and said you son is unwell, can we serve breakfast in the room. they provided us extra bed ( at no charge) to ensure our son was comfortable. thank you to the team…… if I ever come back, I will def stay there.

nothing - everything was great

My whole experience at the Havana Hotel in Nha Trang was a fabulous experience. Having a sea front facing suite on the 41st floor - 4001 Room facilities and size was amazing Spectacular views from large balcony Spa facilities very affordable & professional 2nd floor restaurant offering an enormous range of breakfast choices Staff in restaurant including the manager, very accommodating & helpful Access to beach via purpose made safety tunnel + access to bar / nightclub Private beach with towels and sun beds Sea was wonderful and warm / clean beaches Skywalk rooftop bar / restaurant / pool & views well worth a visit

Not staying longer Given the choice ; I will return to this hotel and stay even longer Elevators & corridors very warm- need A/ C

I was in floor 36th floor, with a fabulous view of the beach and horizon. The room was excellent, spacious, clean with a great bathroom which included the best view over the bathtub. The overhead shower was great too!

The music can be heard in the upper level rooms. It didn't bother me a great deal because I like to have the TV on which drowns the noise.

We had a junior suite room with a magnificent ocean view. The room is a great size, with very good bathroom & wardrobe. The hotel is right opposite the beach with cafes, restaurants & shopping all in walking distance. Staff could speak English and very helpful.

The Skylight Bar on the roof, hotel guests had to pay to have access. Music from Skylight Bar can keep you awake onsome nights.

Hotel was clean spacious rooms great service

Would have liked some of the breakfast thing hotter. They were on warmers but wasn't hot. Great selection for breakfast. Omelets were amazing.

The ocean view was lovely and breakfast had a large selection

The pool area was not as nice as the photos looked. The jaccusi was a cold water one which was disappointing. The rooftop pool was part of a privately run club so wasn't accessible without paying the cover charge.
