We got a room upgrade. The view was fantastic. Staff very professional. Breakfast has a nice selection. Location is perfect.
Little bit of confusion on the pool, we only had restricted access to the sky lounge until 4pm, then you have to pay. However there is a free pool for guests on a lower floor. It's also a little bit difficult to get the the 40th floor pool, you need to use a separate lift and ask a member of reception to bring you there. They should maybe gives guests a wristband or a key card with access at certain times to save this hassle

The room were generally clean except the housekeeping did NOT vaccum the big carpet in the living area (We stayed 3 nights and 4 days), which means it is not good for cleaniness and allergy of customers. The lifts need to have lights in front when it arrives, otherwise it is not possible to know that it arrived as there are more than 8 lifts in a row.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and because we enjoyed it so much we extended it for one more night, The room is so clean and so big, The View of the ocean is amazing, The breakfast buffet is excellent which was prepared by the French chief Philip, During breakfast the General manager was around and he had a peasant conversation with us and he wanted to be sure that every thing is fine with our stay, We really recommend staying in this hotel.
