Pavillon Garden Hotel Nha Trang

This hotel is situated in a quiet side street very close to the beach and other attractions. Plentiful restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The room I had was spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Smart television with multiple channels, YouTube, etc. Bottle water in the fridge is chargeable, but purified drinking water is provided each day in a reusable glass bottle. My experience exceeded my expectations and I would certainly stay here again.

The Wi-fi speed was acceptable, but could have been better. Fire doors were propped open.

Comfiest bed ever, nicest staff (a very happy night guard!). Strong wifi and a very clean room. Location is great and there are a few restaurants down the road to the hotel. A very small convenience store down the road.

The only down side was there is currently no pool/spa and the work starts on it every day at around 7 in the morning. But we think it’s having mantiene due to the off season.

It's really clean and the location is really near the beach. The hotel has wonderful views of the sea. Even if you don't have the view of the sea from your room, you can go to the 7th floor swimming pool, which has really great view of the sea.

Refused to take card payment even though the hotel info lists that cards are accepted. Receptionist was dismissive & not helpful.

The breakfast, it needs to be covered up the bread is stale, it doesn't taste fresh

The owner was kind enough to let us check into a bigger room earlier than we could have into our own room for a very minimal extra fee. Communication was very clear about what this would cost us and we gladly accepted having just spent 12 hours on an overnight bus and being in desperate need of a shower. The hotel had only reopened 1 week ago and therep was still some reconstruction going on. Despite some dust in the corridors because of this, the rooms were spotless.

Seems the photos on their booking page have not been properly updated since they reopened. Even though we had no complaints about our room, this was a bit misleading. I suppose this will be fixed soon.

Location is the best: - city center. Restaurants on the street are local price (very cheap), and very good. - 2-3 minutes walking to the beach - any kind of shop you need is at short walking Hotel: - the staff is very helpfull if you need anything. - hotel is very clean. - rooms looks like almost new, very comfy, good space, some rooms have sea view, good sound isolation -breakfast with enought options for couple of days.

Accomodation: Pavillon Garden Hotel We had everything we needed in the room—no complaints about facilities. Great location, there’s everything you need within close walking distance—the beach, food (I like the Mixue ice cream/boba store down the street), entertainment, spas, the night market etc. There’s a restaurant in the alley where you can exchange money for quite a good rate. You can see a small section of the beach area from the balconies. The pool area is a bit small but still enjoyable as you can view the beach better. I wished our room was as cute & vibrant as some of the other rooms in the photos were, but for the affordable price I can’t complain 😄

The window in the bathroom opened towards the staircase connecting the balconies to the pool. Even though it doesn’t seem used much it’s a bit uncomfortable knowing anyone can look inside at any moment. It can be closed but the ventilation is poor so it needs to be kept open. Found out at check out payment was cash only although otherwise stated on Booking.com. That was annoying since I had to be at the airport soon, but luckily I had enough.

The location is great, right next to the beach. We took the One Bedroom Apartment, the room is very clean with a big TV. The hotel can rent out motor bikes at 150k. The night market is next street. The beds are soft. There is a swimming pool on the top floor which is a plus. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of delicious options. It is great value for money.

The balcony was of no use as it is facing the next building and was covered as well. I am not sure if there are sea view rooms.

Very reasonably priced for what you get. The location is very close to the beach. Scooter rental was easy and usual pricing.

it’s in the middle of a refurb, so there’s pots of paint and smell of plaster everywhere. we had an issue with a bus transfer that the hotel booked for us. we were told it was a 9am pick up and to be in reception for 8:50z the bus turned up at 8:05 and by the time we got on the bus at 8:30 (after very quick pack!) the bus driver was really angry at us . it was a really unpleasant experience that could have been avoided. apparently the bus company tells you to be ready 30min-60min before your allotted time, but either they didn’t tell the hotel or the hotel didn’t tell us
