InterContinental Nha Trang, an IHG Hotel

The magnificent staff and the magnitude of the hotel was incredible. I particularly liked the steam room facility and the close access to Nha Trang Beach. The staff are incredible: Mr. Thai Lee, Ms. Yen Dang (amazing ambassadors) Huy (very impressive person) Chin (great trainee), Mi (extremely lovely lady)Thanh (nice man), Quay, Quayjen, Vet, Thien, Vu, Nam (legend) Thau, Anh, Mi, Thàng, Goang, Thuong, Tuan, Phuong,Tran, Uyen nice lady Nha, Chau, Coy (bro), Thu, Cao (good trainee), Lahn, Lihn & Giang, Nhung & Nhu, Vy (very nice ladies) just to name a few ;). Overall was extremely impressed with the immaculate service, style and sleek nature.

Room service food could be better. Also the steam room isn’t open in the mornings.

Everything about our stay was superb. The staff were so friendly, attentive, helpful, polite.... nothing was any trouble, they were just really lovely. The facilities were beautiful. The room was amazing.

If we had to mention something (which is difficult as it was all so fantastic), we did have steak in the restaurant one evening for dinner which was not great... a bit tough. But a very, very small complaint over what was an incredible stay and we would love to return.

The hotel's staff does really pay attention to the quality of stay and tries their best to make the customers feel comfortable. Although I personally feel that I was getting TOO much attention, I still appreciate the gesture.

Knowing that Intercontinental does really care about the quality of the customers' stay, I'd like to draw the hotel's attention to 2 things: 1. While many other hotels have already done some steps in eliminating single-use plastic, it does not seem like Intercontinental is moving towards this goal. I would really expect a 5-star hotel to care about the environment a bit more - replace the tiny shower gel bottles with the ones that can be refilled, for example. 2. I understand that hotel has its own regulations that must be followed and I by no means want to doubt the regulation but I think, customers would really appreciate if customers could receive the information about the regulations before they get to the hotel (such as gym regulations, etc)

super Location. close to night clubs and overlooking the beach

Our room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Staff were so willing to help and in abundance but most of the time things get lost in translation and as a result I saw a lot of wasted food and drink on incorrect orders including our own which is not good to see.

Wish the beach area was more comfortable and the gym had better AC. Would’ve been good if the restaurant was fully opened as advertised in the evening.

Great Services I have stayed at number of beach front hotels in Nha Trang (along Tran Phu street) . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the staff was amazing, very hospitable, and there for every need of mine, they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable a. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you so much

Executive/Club type room was not available during our stay. We normally stay/select this type of room as we would want to have more private retreat (but it's understandable as it's covid-19 period). We missed coconut coffee. (We were offered coconut coffee last visit)

Everything about the stay was exceptional. One of our party needed extra care as she had a broken leg and the staff did absolutely everything in their power to make our stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. Could not recommend more. Will definitely be back!! It was like a 5 star second home for 6 nights. Loved it.

All staff are very nice and very polite, more than my expectations, that's worth for what we paid to stay. I think not many hotels have this type of staff, every staff was greeting us when we are walking through, that make us feel VIP. Breakfast and dinner were good, but seafood were not very fresh.

The toilet overflowed with water on the floor. The light was not on.

beautiful views extremely well equipped suite with breathtaking views. very nice and clean. staff were amazing and helpful.

In photos it seems this property has private beach. unfortunately it is not the case there is a busy road between the hotel and it is a public beach. That is why we cut our trip short and went to Danang for a private beach. Swimming pool was too small but nice views .

Wi-Fi was really weak, and this is the only disadvantage.
