Prime New Hotel

I don't usually write reviews unless it exceed my expectation. This is one of those. The rooms were large, Comfortable bed, good A/C, TV with English channels, refrigerator and nice bathroom with hot water, shower and a bathtub, The location can not be better. Many places to eat and some convenience stores just outside the Hotel. The Main Street is 100 meters away with many Restaurants for any budget, Pharmacy, money change, and variety of shopping stores. The Beach is at about 5 minutes walk. Two large shopping malls are located at 800 meters away. Nice walk. The Hotel offer taxi transfer to the airport both ways at the standard price and it is very convenient specially in the way home as the vehicle will be waiting for you without wasting time for flagging a cab on the street. The best part of my experience was the staff. I booked 2 rooms for my family and an extra one for a friend. We arrive early in the morning and they only have one room available at that time but they allowed us to check in right away so we can leave all our baggage in that room. During my 3 days stay I interacted with many times with different front desk employees and all of them were always smiling and ready to help with may numerous questions. GIANG, went an extra mile helping my group with tours reservations and suggesting the best Restaurants. We have a great and happy experience and I will not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to everyone. Thank you Giang for your good work.

Having previously lived in Nha Trang for 11 years and no the area well I particularly wanted a good hotel close to the beach but not on Tran Phu Street [main beach road], and the location of this was as about as near perfection as you could get, its set 1 street back in a quieter cull-de sac yet still only 3 minutes from the beach. And because I booked a family suite which was ridiculously good I had uninterrupted sea view, Not sure if they even offer breakfast and why would I, right outside the front entrance is Hans café offering a fantastic menu at a quarter of the price on Main Street, I even dropped my laundry of there and within a few hours all handed back spotlessly clean and folded at a really small cost. I also have to mention the staff, Phuong and Ngan on reception, an absolute credit to the hotel, nothing was to much trouble for them and every day when you pass either would check if all ok.

Nothing not to like, just wish I could have stayed longer, I will certainly be going back.

We loved all the staff and so friendly nothing was a problem , the room with the view to the sea was sensational with a great balcony for two to sit out and watch people on the beach..It was a great experience and will be coming back next year . This hotel is close to a great Restraunt right out the front of the hotel. This restraunt cooked great food exchanged money for us and did our washing what else could you want .

I though the hotel could do a little more to make the water in the pool look a bit more attractive.like maybe put more chemicals in the pool of a night time . Great place to stay

excellent location - beach & restaurants all in walking distance of few minutes. Our room was on the 12th floor so we had the most stunning view of the sea and having a bath tub as well as shower was great. Rooftop pool is a bonus on a hot day - didn’t go in but sat on a lounger for couple of hours - go first half of the day if you want sun as it’s in the shade PM. Staff was helpful, lovely lady Ngan has arranged bus for us and also Phuong was helpful during check out.

Bathroom smelled of drains when we arrived but no major issues once we started using shower and bath. Walls in the room have marks which could be washed off, some areas could benefit from little tlc… Wi-Fi was poor when high occupation at the evening.

There was the sound of water dripping in the roof/walls all night. Made it difficult to sleep. The shower doesn't drain fast enough. I had one shower in the morning and it flooded out into the room and under the door into the corridor A staff member mistakenly entered my room at 8am, waking me up. They apologized immediately but it was annoying and I had already had trouble sleeping because of the dripping noise

Amazing hot water, room was clean, beautiful view of ocean with balcony, comfortable king sized bed, spacious with a bath tub and shower too. WiFi was reliable in our room. New paint and fairly modern on the inside. Overall really great value for price and would definitely stay again.

The rooftop pool was being worked on - construction/renovation. We were not told the pool would not be available which was disappointing.

Fantastic location within a minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restuarants and cafes. Amazing view of the beach and ocean from the room and the balcony including the bathroom. Room cleaning was excellent with loads of fresh towels every day. Reception staff were polite but spoke very little english.

The city view room only on a very technical note had a city view. You had to peek between walls to see the city. Perhaps this can be labelled more transparently in the room description. It didn't, however, constitute a problem since we basically spent the whole time outside anyway.

Very well located, within a five minute walk to Nha Trang beach. Our room was amazing for the price we paid - it was spacious, was well decorated, and had a sea view. The bath tub overlooked the sea view which was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating and there were lockers to store your luggage before checking in/after checking out which was useful.

It would be great if the hotel offered breakfast.

Central location, huge room, balcony with an ocean view, hot shower with great pressure. 6 months travelling in SE Asia and this is by far the best value room I have stayed in. Big thanks to Ngan. Her smile and welcoming attitude just made my stay even better.
