The staff were amazing, they honestly couldn’t have done more for us from organising holding our luggage, renting a scooter, and organising a bus back to Hanoi. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing directly to the hotel, however the cafe that is associated with the hotel in the adjoining building had trouble processing our bank card due to the workers error on the machine. When calling the bank to discover why it was not working as it had previously to this transaction, the bank informed us it had been damaged by swiping the card and through the machine. This is very disappointing, completely unacceptable and we are now a bank card down for travelling Vietnam!

Nice room with bathtub. Breakfast had a good selection.
Location was a bit far out of the centre. The gym closed at 7pm which was very early. We rented a motorbike organised by reception and it wasn't the safest of motorbike it didn't feel sturdy.

Lovely rooms. Great breakfast spread. Enjoyed the pool.
The only issue i felt was it was on the outskirts of the town. You had to walk 2 km to get to the city centre and food joints. Taxis are easily available though.

The location is terrible. Nothing nearby other than political infrastructure and cleared lots slated for development. Nothing in walking distance and nothing to stroll around to see or enjoy, let alone if you need to pop over to a store to get anything or go to a restaurant. It's very clearly a hotel meant for politicians and corporate types with "special" guests accompanying them... one clear indicator is that the privacy screen blocking the view of the bathroom from the rest of the room is controlled by the person in the bedroom, not the person in the bathroom. This, in Vietnam, is often an indicator of the type of clientele expected.

The room is super clean, well equipped. The coffee shop is very good, both frink and food are cheap.
The surrounding is empty, there are no activities at night within the walking distance. Facilities are a bit old. Checking in/out is slow.
