A family run property that takes care of all your needs. They have a wide spread of breakfast to choose from. The host helps you with details on sightseeing and is happy to arrange a local transport for you to go around. The room was spotless, quiet (with no noises) for a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located in the center of the town, a bit away from tourist spots, so if you are looking for something in the midst of the touristy places, this may not be the place for you. I personally prefer quieter places, so this was absolutely perfect for me.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Vancouver hotel. The room provided was both cozy and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, which offered an array of amenities to choose from. The soap and shampoo were beautifully presented in charming sake-like jars, adding a unique touch to the overall experience. The owner of the establishment truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Despite the unforeseen circumstance of being caught in a heavy rainstorm, leaving us soaking wet, the owner remained remarkably polite and helpful. He kindly assisted us with our heavy luggage, even as water dripped from us throughout the hotel. I highly recommend it

How fantastic was the service! The owner David knows how to go over and above in offering excellent service exceeding all my expectations. He is an exceptional communicator and has amazing timing skills. He has such excellent attention to detail with inscribed small signs at switches with instructions. David really cares about his guests by offering another level of comfort with the super comfy bed to an a la carte breakfast menu, and the environment with inscribed instructions, from asking guests to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room to choosing not to replace linen daily. The hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, in a fabulous location surrounded by shops, and restaurants yet surprisingly it is very quiet. David will assist you with making arrangements for individual tours to the UNESCO Trang Na and Tam Coc or to your next destination. He can even recommend where to eat! If you are visiting Ninh Binh, Trang Na or Tam Coc or other top destinations, you must stay here! I wish to highly recommend the Vancouver Hotel! 10/10!

The owner David was very welcoming and nice, he gave us a map of the area and directed us to tourist attractions. he helped us with booking a tour too Trang an and the dragon mountain and the driver was lovely. our room was clean and the breakfast was lovely with loads of fruit too there is a Mexican place just around the corner and the food was amazing if you are feeling something different from Vietnamese dishes. good location too

Manager was extremely helpfull with advice on bike tour of the area. He created a map of the area and sites including distances and entrance fee and provided recommendation for each site. Very modern and high end mountain bike for rent at the hotel. Manager organized a day trip to the Coc Phuong National Park with a trustworthy motor bike driver. Manager was always very helpful e.g. with mobile phone and provided recommendations anytime e.g. restaurant.

We really liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. We got fresh towels and room cleaned. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. The owner was very helpful with suggesting sightseeing and renting us a motorcycle.

Only thing missing was the elevator.

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the bed was exceptional. Everything was at a very high stardard.

I wish there was an ironing board and iron in the room but I am sure if I had requested one, they would have provided me with it.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. Hotel room is very comfortable with good breakfast options. The owners were the highlight however, providing great recommendations and even transporting us to the train station upon departure. I would 100% stay with them again

The room was extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed, was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us detailed tips for the area and organised a motorbike and transport.
