Font D'Argent Canillo

We had a family room with an attaching themed room for the boys which consisted of two racing cars which they loved, there is a a balcony door which was great to let in a lovely breeze and safe for the children. It was lovely having a separate shower and bath. Plenty of cupboards too. There was two TV's one in the main room and one in the children's room. There was an indoor play area which the children, loved and an area for the older children which consisted of a pool table, and football table.

Dinner was very limited for children, for example, there would be chips every night but not a lot of children's food, my children are fussy, no fish fingers, no plain sausages, no roasts or shepherds pie etc. One night they did have chicken nuggets but generally the food was catered for adults which we did love. The swimming pool is really quite small and you have to book a slotted time, make sure you bring a swim hat.

I have booked a room for 2 persons, but my coleague had a serious accident 2 days before arriving at Canillo. The hotel refused to refund me any price difference even for the single breakfast! Furthermore in the check out they insisted to charge me the municipal taxes for the second person!!!! Of course, I refused and I asked for the manager. After my severe reaction they accepted not to charge me the 6€ for the municipal taxes...

Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast good selection and presentation. Bar staff excellent, with very good service and quality of cocktails. Cleaning maids friendly and did a good job.

Some aspects of the room were a little substandard (room 312) Bathroom door handle kept falling off Lack of cool area (although we would open the window) Shampoo etc in an old box, felt substandard

Top breakfast, super dinner with a lot of variety, incredible friendly staff, superb rooms with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bad tub. All the facilities are super, very handy man ski lockers, and the location cannot be better. Surely we will visit this hotel again. All of us (4 pax) had a super nice experience.

Alcoholic beverages are overpriced (especially the wine), considering it is Andorra Dinner does not include coffee, even though the machine is just right there and available for the breakfast Our mini-bar was not working

The location is great and it is a good choice for a family skiing trip with kids. The swimming pool and the playground are great for apres-ski :) The staff was really friendly. We will come back.

Location, Staff and Food Big shout out to the dining and the front desk staff...They are amaaazing!!!! People are the first impression of any hotel and this hotel has the best of people/staff supporting them!!! THAAANK UUUUUU TO ALL!!!

No free coffee in room

Fresh meet can be cooked when you request. SPA was nice.

Some of the food was a bit warm and not very tasty. Only freshly cooked food was nice.
