Absolutely amazing. Possibly the best place I’ve ever stayed. Fantastic staff, beautiful room with lovely little touches, and a fabulous, spacious spa. Everything - from the cleanliness to the attention to detail - was truly outstanding. Oh and the breakfast needs a whole rating system of its own - 20 out of 10 :) Thankyou to everyone who made our stay wonderful. We’ll be back

Nothing about the hotel or spa - they’re perfect. Only comment is that dinner in Koy didn’t quite meet expectations or its price tag. The service was fabulous and the food was good, but not as good as expected.

Thankfully we were there during extreme low season in November. While we enjoyed the spa area, the hotel was a good value for what we paid, 320 euros, but that was lower than half the normal rate. That's an ok rate, but we've noticed it in the past for well over $700 for the same room, and honestly cannot possibly imagine paying that for this hotel in Andorra. Remember to reserve a two-hour Spa slot if you want access to the sauna and steam rooms before you arrive. Breakfast was OK for non meat eaters, but we would have hoped from more from an 5-star hotel. The spa area was wonderful. There aren't any snacks like nuts or dried fruit that you would expect like at other spas, and they start winding down a bit early than the actual close time, and there are limited towels, but the number of steam rooms and saunas are divine. Please note that you need to take the robes from the room to the spa and there is no direct elevator from your room to the wellness area so you need to walk through the entire hotel and the restaurant area in your robe. . We thought it was a bit hilarious if not slightly awkward but the spa was great. Because we were there in low season, we were gifted a early check-in and a late checkout. We are grateful, because it allows us to go to the sauna on our checkout day.

This is by far the best luxury option in Soldeu. The reception / bellboy / valet parking / ski service & housekeeping were faultless. The check in and check out, dealing with luggage & skis etc was seamless and with impeccable teamwork. Worth the pricetag with one caveat.

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery and therefore the main downside of our stay. The concept of mainly table service with a limited self service buffet is theoretically OK but it seemed that there really weren’t enough staff to keep things running smoothly. Lots of waiting and reordering, anything between 10-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee for example. Overall this was a definite deterrent to return visits, which is a shame as otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay.

Having travelled through Spain , France and Andorra and changing hotels every 2 days over 2 weeks I can confident say this has been the best hotel and while all the facilities are 5 star the key factor here is the people. Youness was exceptional going out of his way even beyond F&B manager duties to show us other accommodation options for our next stay. For Diego at Koy there’s was no request that he couldn’t accommodate; the Sushi(Otoro) there was best we’ve had on our trip! Rachel’s wine pairing and knowledge about wines were incredible. With the team at this hotel it was like they knew what we wanted before we asked. Definite worth a visit!

We love the comfort of our room and how room service kept it tidy throughout the day and the little goodies we got every day. The facilities in general were fantastic, from the spa/wellness area to the bar/restaurants. Breakfast was made up of fresh quality produces which I don't usually enjoy in most hotels even when they are 5 stars. I will definitely return for a few days of relaxation in a luxury yet cosy environment

The Japanese restaurant was overpriced for what it was. Quite disappointing in fact

The hotel and staff makes you feel cozy from the get go. Very nice mountains atmosphere with top facilities and appliances. The Spa area is simply stunning with its 3 levels dedicated to relaxation.

The activities staff could be more pro-active in offering suggestions/ alternatives to families with kids. we ultimately had to rely on locals or other staff members (restaurants/kids club) to find the best options during our stay.

An excellent hotel in the mountains of Andorra. This hotel has a very convenient location if you want a vacation in the mountains. There is direct access to the ski lift. The hotel has as many as four beautiful and completely different restaurants, including two of them with Michelin stars. The service is excellent, I recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Every single member of staff who we engaged with were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They ensured our needs were met and very accommodating with our requests (booking in to the spa, breakfast reservations etc) . Breakfast selection is fantastic, great variety and the staff were really attentive. The spa facilities are second to none. I also booked in for a facial at the spa and it was wonderful. We appreciate the staff are native Catalan/Spanish/french speakers (we are embarrassingly only English speakers) yet every single staff member made the effort to speak to us in English without any fuss.

Maybe a simple printed guide in the room for info on restaurants/opening times of facilities. It was a bit confusing to begin with trying to work things out through the website whilst in our room - we found the app through the website but if this was advised on a guide or when we checked in this would have helped.

This place is insane! Breakfast is so good, the room is large and perfect! Views were beautiful. The spa is dreamy, we went out of peak season and I had it to myself. The fact there is a kids club on site is the best! I did not know this until I arrived. Right next to the beautiful mountains and overlooking a river. It is pricey but it's worth it :)
