Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel

The location was superb....near the river ....easy to catch the ferry ..near the City and near a bus stop. ....one can visit the city for free with the free Bus loop....the free ferry Kitty cat and a lot of walking space along the river to jog at any time of the day... Most importantly is the place is very safe if you want to go out at night

I am trying to think about but I find none. May be the kitchen of the room where there only two forks, two spoons, two glasses etc...for two guests only.. they could have put more kitchen ware in the room

Location to the Valley was ideal only a couple minutes walk to the action but further enough away to not be noisy. Go to Brunswick bakery for breakfast or lunch it's the best bakery in QLD I'd say! There's a Spanish restaurant opposite reception which is well worth trying their food is unusual but delicious! Jack on reception was great & the Asian owners were very accommodating & quite approachable too.

You can't smoke on the balcony it's an entirely non-smoking property but you can smoke in the courtyard outside reception and it has nice enough brick & small garden settings so nice considering.

We were able to check in earlier since the room is ready. The location is great, only 2 blocks from Brunswick Street Mall where there are many restaurants, and 3 blocks from Fortitude Valley train station (easy access from and to the airport). The front office is not staffed 24 hours but the staff is very responsive to our inquiries through booking.com. The apartment is quite large with terrace. It's not new but very well maintained. It is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washer/dryer which is really useful. And there is a donut store right across the street which sells delicious donuts!

great location, 3 minutes from Story Bridge, bus stops in front and close to everything, I would definitely come back

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't free parking for cars, but that's part of the fact that it's so close to the center, and there's another thing, there's a receptionist who is super unprepared to work with tourists, because we don't speak English very well. her tongue, she made horrible faces several times and had no desire to understand what we were saying.

the location is good as long as your balcony doesn’t overlook all the bars and restaurants below in which case it’s very noisy. we also liked the attentive staff.

the first apartment we were allocated was not good. very basic, uncomfortable, unclean, small and the kitchen was totally inadequate. it didn’t look like the photos on the website! we were told each apartment is unique and separately owned? anyway we asked to be moved as we were staying for 12 nights over Xmas and had requested a “comfortable/homely” apartment from the start when we booked this back in July. we were very grateful to Barry for moving us to the penthouse which was 100% better - spacious, clean, blackout blinds, soundproofing, and a nice kitchen with a proper cooker including oven. we were very comfortable there and had a lovely Xmas. thank you again Barry! we also used the gym a few times and the sauna which was all kept very clean.

Not enough clean towels -not enough drinking glasses only 1 - coffee mugs were stained/ not enough soap or dish washer liquid.

It was super clean, and the studio apartment was quite big. There was a balcony that had sunshine in the afternoon. The bed sheets were so smooth, and the pillow was so comfortable. The staff let me check in earlier as the bedroom was ready. That was so useful because I didn't know where to put my luggage. It is also very secure for a solo lady traveller. There is little place with a few restaurants down the building, so it is so convenient. The location is also very great. I was also only 2 minutes away from the event I attended to, so it was perfect. For me, everything was perfect. Also, pricing is good.

Very central to everything in the Valley and public transport to anywhere in Brisbane. We didn’t need parking but were asked by reception if we did- I believe the hotel offers secure parking. Surprised to find a washer and dryer and bath tub in the apartment. Quiet for a Friday night. Some street noise, but that’s part of the inner city experience. Hot water is HOT. Aircon works well. We had a small balcony which was perfect for street watching.

It’s dated, but for such a cheap price, who cares? It’s clean and comfortable. Occasional cooking smells from other apartments in the hallway, but not noticeable in the apartment.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get me on a new WiFi setup they were installing. Everything ready and prepared on arrival, check-in easy. Nice apartment with everything you'd need for an extended stay: washing facilities, cooking facilities, crockery, cutlery, bedding, etc etc.

I imagine this property has been there for some time. The bathroom facilities, while clean, are looking a little worn. It's on a fairly main road, so you may find it noisy.

The location and the facility are nice for work or for a 10 days discover Brisbane trip, easy access to the city, public transportation etc. Very close to restaurants, night clubs, price was great compare to other options in the area, easy access and check in at any time of day!

The bed was tooo soft, very tall mattress but you could pushed it down with one hand. All the rest was good
