Almost everything. Quiet, spacious, everything we needed, managed to have parking throughout. Relaxing after each day of socialising.
No ledge for soaps etc in shower. Not enough hangers. After hours checkin worked OK but the detachment of people and their lack of knowledge of the property was off putting. No welcome.no ‘have a nice stay’. More of a ‘what do you need’ POV. Had to do two calls to be let in. The instruction says to put in 333 and the bell symbol. There is no bell signal. Person on phone knew nothing. Finally used ‘phone’ symbol. Might seem like nothing, but it makes for anxiety, especially when the person you talk to has no idea. No clear direction on the Trash room downstairs, or using buttons to raise roll a door. We worked it out, but this detail lifts a place to excellent.

Great location and friendly staff. They were happy to provide us with an extra swipe card for both the apartments we booked. There was a slight hiccup with charges on the Portacot, but this was rectified quickly. They also fixed an issue with our dryer the same day we realised it wasn't working. I was worried about parking, but there was plenty and the spots were wide enough to easily get the kids in and out of the car.
The apartments were not very clean. Floors were sticky and visibly dirty, lots of dust under the beds, and the couch and rug had lots of stains. It was not bad enough for us to complain during our stay, but it was definitely not the standard we would expect. It would be the one thing that made us hesitate in booking again.

Lovely clean unit, balcony, pool deck, great cafe downstairs with awesome service and brekky. Also had dinner, take away to our room, which was great and good value. Front desk staff and manager very helpful. Parking on site a bonus.Liked it so much we've booked again in May for a weekend.
Nothing much. Water pressure in unit could have been better, brought to attention of manager on checkout. Bit of construction going on at adjacent block as part of Brisbane Exhibition ground upgrades, noise during the day, but all done by 4:30pm, not that intrusive if balcony doors shut.

The layout of the apartment was great. It had every thing we needed including a laundry. The location was good also and the restuarant was handy.
When we walked into the room, it took our breath away as it has been cleaned from a smoker we anticipate. We had to put on the exhaust fan and open the windows and doors. Other than that it was good. We didn't see anyone on reception until we checked out sunday morning. It would have been handy as we had a couple of questions. The doona was very light and needed another blanket or heavier doona. It would have been nice to have that option in the bedroom however it didn't.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we had a flight change/delay and we were able to stay longer in the room and check out at a time that suited us. We were also there for an anniversary and upon check-in we were greeted with a lovely bottle of champagne which really added a special touch. The 1 bedroom apartment and balcony was very spacious for a couple and even had an office with a pull out couch if needed for an extra person, we also loved how quite it was through out the whole stay at night time and the view from the BBQ area on the roof is absolutely stunning. It was a self-contained apartment with all the essentials. I would definitely stay here again for the price, welcoming reception staff and the privacy it has to offer. Added bonus is that we could just go down to the lobby Cafe and have a great coffee to start our day.
The rooms definitely need a good once over there was dust on most surfaces, marks on wall and spider webs all over the inside of the balcony glass that could have easily been cleaned up prior to us checking in and as we were staying over a week I did a bit of cleaning myself and when i tried to use the vacuum cleaner it had no suction power only to find that it was full the filter was trying pop out and dirt had started to collect under the catcher once that was emptied it worked really well. I just think the cleaners need a bit more time to focus on the rooms and finer details

Loved the size of the one bedroom apartment and all of the amenities that were provided. Had a very enjoyable stay. Short walk to the nearest tube station and it was nice having the option of using a gym, swimming pool and hot tub.
We had an enjoyable stay so just being super picky the attentiveness of staff. We were there for 6 nights and on our first day we alerted staff that there were a few lightbulbs missing, they were never replaced despite being told someone would fix it. There were rules around not bringing food/ drink to the pool area which we adhered to, however every day there were guests drinking in the hot tub or taking over the sun beds with picnics etc, quite often we turned around and went back to our apartment as we felt like we were interrupting a mini gathering.

The unit was clean and adequately equipped. We were in Brisbane for a medical procedure at Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital and found it within easy walking distance to the hospital and return. The room was pretty well soundproof when the doors and windows were closed. The building felt very safe and secure. The added bonus, for us, was that there was a restaurant & a bar downstairs. This was really fairly priced and the staff were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The employees that we met at the reception desk were also really friendly and polite. Very impressed.

We loved the location, loved the rooftop. Room was nicely presented and very clean. Wifi good.
kitchen equipment pretty basic, ie limited glasses, cooking dishes, not sharp knives. A coffee machine would be nice, they aren't expensive. The very budget dish soap liquid was terrible to use. Maybe a small squeezy bottle of a decent liquid. Extra bedding like mink blanket in wardrobe, we were cold at night.

Apartments were stunning with fantastic facilities. Location was superb and central to everything we needed. Room was spacious and well maintained. The restaurant downstairs although a bit on the pricey side had very friendly and helpful staff, and food and drinks were good. The price is worth the convenience.
The only downside is parking as there are limited spots reserved for guests. However with the location being central, we walked or ubered where we needed to go and so didn't have to refind parks.

location excellent, easy to walk both into the local area and into the city, clean environment, friendly helpful staff, rooms as seen on the pictures for 2 bed apartment with no surprises. Plenty of clean towels provided and niceties such as tea, coffee, milk etc to allow for having cuppa when arrived.
small issues such as integrated fridge door not attached to cupboard door, small hole in wall in main living room, floors not swept properly but otherwise very clean.
