Friendly staff, they were very accommodating and we were placed in a nicer room than what we had originally asked for. The room itself was lovely and the facilities were up to standard. It wasn’t too busy and each night we found we had the pool to ourselves. it was the best place to stay for my partner and I’s first holiday away.

Only issue we had was there seemed to be a problem with ants around the place and the gaming room had no ventilation which made it very difficult to stay in there for a longer period of time.

it was everything it advertised to be. it was clean, comfortable bed, compact kitchenette which provided everything to make a meal and sit and enjoy the view woth table and chairs on the balcony. particularly loved the high water pressure in the shower.

there was nothing to ‘dislike’. Theapartment nt was compact but i knew that when i booked a ‘studio’ They have used every bt of space extremely weell and thought anout practical needs o

The staff were great. We were late getting in due to our flight being delayed by 4½ hours, and we were worried that the reception would be closed. A quick phone call reassured us, and they arranged after hours access for us. The room had a lovely view, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was a decent size. The host at the reception desk was really welcoming and offered insights about the area and places to see and things to do whilst on the remainder of our trip.

The bath/shower was very high to step up into and would be really difficult to access for people with disabilities or who are short in stature (the host did mention that they were redoing the bathroom, which could resolve this issue). The WiFi was also spotty with frequent dropouts, which was a bit annoying.

Nice, quiet location, beach across the road, plenty of parking on the street, but hotel also has own underground car park, you will need a car to get to places. Big balcony, small, but fully equipped kitchen, big and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, big TV with Foxtel (though personally prefer Netflix), fast WiFi. Hotel has heated pool, spa, sauna and very small gym. Stayed there for about a month, partly on holidays, partly working remotely.

If you do not have a car, the only option will be to use public transport - bus stop is next to hotel, and then change to light rail.

Location was brilliant for our needs. In a great room.

The vacuum cleaner in the room didnt really do a good job. And key pad entering and leaving the car park was a little dangerous if other cars around

The owners made us feel very welcome. Very easy to talk to like you have known them for years. Room was very comfortable and cosy for the 2 of us. Great views from our balcony. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. We are definitely returning again. The heated pool and spa was just what our bodies needed. We both didn't want our holiday to end. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. We have booked again but for longer next time. Looking forward to seeing the owners again.

There isn't anything negative about it. Only positive feedback from us.

View from the apartment was beautiful. Local shops only an 8 minute walk. Bus out the front and easy walking to restaurants.

Bed pillows were lumpy however were told upon checking out that we could of had these replaced.
