Signature Waterfront Apartments

Spacious apartment: 2 big bedrooms a 2 big bathrooms. Great view to Golf Court. Great Pool.

Apartment was clean ok but it needs to be deep clean. Bathrooms have mold in the shower, Carpet needs deep vacuuming as we found dead insects under the TV table as well as rest of fruity loops cereal under the sofas. Kitchen's exhaust fan over stove was very dirty and we found rubbish in the bins even though it had clean rubbish bags, stains in the cabinet's doors.

Lovely quiet private area. Central to all our needs.

Few housekeeping overlooks - lint in dryer was so full it could be a fire hazard. No internet, although advertising as having some.

Good view of Golf Course

Too quite. Most of the residents are seniors but if you like very quite place , it’s a fantastic property. Definitely not a place for smokers. Cannot smoke anywhere even balcony and residential area. This apartment situated inside the gated residential area. Also need a bit of driving to go all beaches.

The location was fabulous. So so quiet which is what we needed as we travelled down from the country to watch grandson's soccer which as you can imagine was very noisy. Apartment had lovely balcony overlooking the lake and golf course and all facilities inside. Location is less than 10 minutes from beach at Broadbeach and Pacific Fair Shopping. Secure with external gates on road entrance locked overnight with access for residents/guests only via key tag. Excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

It's about a 15min direct drive to Broadbeach area & Pacific Fair. However, the location was central to all our needs. Secure parking. Beautiful surroundings for morning walks.

Single beds are very narrow. Bed lamp was not near power point so unable to use.

Location was very handy for us. Lovely outlook over the golf course. Quiet and spacious rooms. Brian the reception manager was very helpful

The lack of privacy screening in the master en suite bathroom was disconcerting and did not allow blocking of light when partner gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or comes to bed later. A couple of basic microwaveable cooking dishes (lasagna or casserole) would be handy.

The beautiful surroundings, the easy parking access and the proximity to the Golf Club for breakfast.

The unit and location were lovely, however, the remote control in the bedroom for the air-conditioner did not work; despite changing the batteries. The second bedroom was quite hot as there wasn't a ceiling fan or an air-conditioner. A pedestal fan was in the cupboard and had to be cleaned (due to heavy dust) before it could be used. The TV had limited stations and no extra viewing stations, like foxtel etc. The WIFI password provided did not work and finding someone who could help us wasn't easy as the main office was closed most of the time. We found a staff member who called someone to the main office on our third day and a new password was given to us swiftly. Apart from these issues, the apartment was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

Location is great, very roomy and comfortable. My bed was amazing!

It is starting to look a bit tired, could have been cleaner.

That it was someone else's property that they rented out so it felt wierd being there and the beds weren't very comfortable

The apartment was clean and the beds are comfortable. The golf course opposite us was beautiful. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

We had short limited access to free wifi.
