Staff very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was fantastic! Excellent chef.. bed comfortable, room clean. Location perfect, for walk to AFL football stadium so will stay again when going to AFL..

Bathroom was big, very clean, but terrible design! Weird toilet with no seat lid! Could smell. No exhausr fan so mirror fogged up! Small basin, no cabinet, nowhere to put hair-dryer or cosmetics when applying make-up. No where to hang clothes when showering and only 2 hooks for towels. Shower in the corner with just a curtain. Wondered if possibly minimal for wheelchair??? Would stay 1 or 2 nights only because of bathroom.

Everything. 10 minute drive from Surfers and Theme Parks. Every shop you need not even 2 minutes up the road. bush land surrounding. spacious car park. so much room for kids to run around outside. free tennis court and racquet hire, free mini golf, lap pool, gym etc at the sports complex nearby. heated pool at hotel. cheap washing machines and dryers. restaurant on floor level. family room has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, another with shower and sink and another toilet on its own. it has a kitchenette with microwave, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. has small dining area. rooms were serviced daily. cleaning was perfect, no issues at all. it was great to go back to a clean space each day to relax in. can watch foxtel or stream your services to the tvs. free wifi which worked great. pool towels available for free. staff were lovely. only thing I recommend would be a toaster in the room. highly recommend this place to every one especially families

Perfect location, lots of activities to fill your stay with and some free to low cost Mini Golf, Golf, Rock Climbing, Tennis, Swimming, Gym, Driving Range Comfortable bed, great bedroom apartment layout. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mini fridge with milk in bedroom, almost everything you need to have the best time.

It's challenging to fault anything... Not much food options during the day, might of been the on-site Cafe shut during my stay. This wouldn't be an issue for anybody with a busy day on the road and back. However for myself enjoying sporting activities at Hotel, I was quite under prepared for the level of hunger that hit me not been able to eat until 5pm. (With few snacks I packed I was ok) Bit too quite...Most people love peace and quite...again hard to fault anything and at least if you needed to do business you could get such a thing done in such silence.

There service and kindness was first class. I'm an elderly lady and my daughter asked them to look after me ,which they did with the care as if I was there Mother. It made me feel comfortable and special. This was the first time I'd been in a hotel on my own,so I had trouble working the tv and he came up to help more than five times the first night but it was no trouble,he said. I highly recommend this hotel for its service, especially if you're elderly as myself. Then there's the food,it was first class,so tasty and well presented, yummy yummy in my tummy. Everything was top notch,everyone was expecting me thanks to Holly who'd organised just that. They all couldn't believe my age with one staffer saying I looked younger than her mother who was 72, I was chuffed. If you are in need of a comfy bed,reasonable prices,yummy food and fantastic service,then this is the place for you.

Absolutely nothing

The room was nice and staff were very friendly. The resturant you must go i spoke to the chef and he has talent i feel the location being well hidden doesnt help the business but the food is to die for! Open wed to saturday only for dinner. The 60 dollar 3 course was amazing i could hardly eat everything.

A balcony would have been great. Lack of undercover parking requiring you to have yoir car exposed to the sun not a fan. The bed was two double beds together which sucks when the bed has this hard wooden middle i guess they tried to accomodate me and my partner but its just not comfortable especially if you end up in the middle of the two beds ouch.

Everything is there for a decent stay. Designed for people spending time away from the hotel. Rooms very small. Staff were very helpful and assisted us with keeping items secure.

We ate breakfast in a local cafe which was excellent. Breakfast was apparently in another part of the complex we did not find. Maybe directions in the lift would have helped. A bit of a drive from the beaches and gold coast but very quiet and not really an issue.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for four nights while visiting Australia from overseas. Everything here was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were just amazing, serviced our room daily and did an exceptional job each time, big ups to you guys, especially working in that heat! The restaurant downstairs had beautiful food and atmosphere. The room was perfect, good shower temp and pressure. Amazing air-con! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

The room was very clean, modern & a decent size! The bed was comfy too. Checking in & out was super easy & quick - both the ladies we spoke to were lovely & friendly. Location isn't bad. A little out of the main areas, so quiet BUT close enough to take a 15 minute drive in.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin! We could hear everything happening in the room next to us & in the hallway.. & people weren't being loud at all. Luckily for us, it wasn't busy when we were there so noise was okay at night when it really matters BUT I'd hate to think what the noise level would be like if the floor was booked out. The shower/bathroom layout was not great - when the shower was being used the water went everywhere! The drains did nothing. Parking! Not enough undercover parking.

the rooms were always cleaned daily and the rooms are very peaceful and spacious

foyer is not protected from rain and matts were just stacked up on each other so it created a trip hazard . the matt should of been removed to another location away from visitor areas . front stair is not protected from rain so when the basement floods and its raining you get very wet running to your car . suggest offering a protected buggy ride to car during these times . both basement and open carpark flooded daily even with minor rainfall , suggestion to improve drainage or build a wall around the building and carpark that will cope with minor flood levels.

We were not aware that we had access to breakfast so we went to the Coffee club down the road. We did like the fact that you are located away from the tourist areas. If more time was available to us we would have explored what we had access to. We believe that we got value for our dollar too.

The only issue I had was that the pillows in are room were not able to support mu own spinal issues ie too soft. But that is a issue easily fixed by using my own pillow when and if we travel and stay on the Gold Coast again.
