- Close to where we had to be - Room recently renovated - free wifi - friendly staff

- Minimal parking (however we got a spot each time) - Room across from us were noisy most of the night (midnight, 2am etc) running up and down stairs, smoking which I then had to put towels at the bottom of our door to stop the smell from coming inside as was very strong 🍃 - no elevator - tricky with heavy bags going up and down the stairs whilst being mindful of noise for other people staying - Room wasn’t the cleanest - windowsills, bathroom door & toilet to name a few (however bed and linen was clean)

Lovely spacious room with good amenities and nicely set up...great location for all activities whether boating or shopping or sight seeing. Everything was close and easy to get to. Our towels were refreshed regularly and just had to ask for any extras, sugar, coffee etc. No dramas

Few issues, bathroom door is badly damaged from moisture, maybe put some laminates on to protect the door and a few glue stains on the lino...bit rusty around the window frames, maybe a light sand and repaint...otherwise was a good room and perfect location. Did find a blood spot on a pillow case...someone forgot to check the pillows in the wardrobe.

Comfortable beds and bathroom. Pleasant staff. Excellent location close to Salamanca for meals, markets and shopping and close to water. Views of the Hills were a bonus and nice to get. We enjoyed our stay.

It is obviously an older building that must be a struggle to keep in reasonable order, but the amenities were up to par and there was even a hairdryer so in all we really have no objections. It was clean and adequate for our 3 night stay.

As I spent most of my time at a conference I wasn't too fussed about the hotel but it was clean, comfortable and everything worked. What more can you want ? The shower was missing a few tiles but that was more than compensated by the fantastic view I had from my room.

I do think that reception hours could be a bit longer ideally 0800-1800.

I think the place was fairly priced relative to standard of facilities. I had a nice quiet room which is important to me. Bed was comfy. Shower worked but temp fluctuated and drained slowly. All in all so much better than most budget places I've stayed in. Mr Stone Li is a very welcoming and helpful site manager.

No show stoppers. I just wish some of these property owners would spend a few dollars on maintenance. They would be so much better off in terms of attracting good reviews and repeat business.

Location was close to Salamanca Market. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower was great size. Staff (Stone Li) was so helpful and allowed us to leave our bags, after checkout, for the day. Late check-in process worked well and no issues. Leading up to stay, motel was reasonably responsive to questions.

Room was in serious need of some maintenance - for example, cupboard door closers didn't work properly and doors couldn't be closed and blinds did not close properly so morning sun was annoying. Cleanliness of the place was not great - large buildup of dust/fluff around the bathroom fan, around the skirting under the blinds, bed side table and light were dusty. Being in a room near Sandy Bay Rd was noisy and people coming back late had no consideration of people sleeping. Really annoying seeing hotels hv 10am checkout times, esp when we arrived at around 9pm.

None provided but plenty of tea and coffee. This motel is very basic but is excellent value for money due to its location. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The entrance and carpet on stairs need to be upgraded, otherwise it is a great place to stay for a few nights.

Loved the location. Walking distance to Sandy Bay and Battery Point. Staff were superb friendly.

The motel needs a big clean up. The premises itself is super dirty. Stairs which are carpeted have holes and rips in them. Haven't ever been vaccumed. The windows are filthy. In comparison to price I also stayed in a hotel in Hobart which was same price , close to everything and super clean.

Good location clean nice staff good for the price

Need mapping for the building because apparently there's 2 entryways to the balcony floor so trying to get through the door was a little confusing after 5pm
