Quest Glen Waverley

The room was an ideal size for our needs and had nearly all the facilities we wanted. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The cooking facilities were good for our needs. The staff were very accommodating when we needed to stay an additional night at short notice which was a great relief.

I was initially disappointed that we couldn't get Netflix etc on the TV channels however the lady at reception was kind enough to lend us a USB cable so we could connect my laptop. Not perfect but better than not being able to access Netflix.

This is our 4th stay at Quest Glen Waverley and we can never fault our stays. On arrival, we were offered a free upgrade from a 2-bed apartment to a 3-bed apartment. Something they did not have to do, but was a fantastic surprise.

The only thing that was a little letdown was the pillows are ultrasoft and the bed is firmer than we like but other than that, it's fantastic.

Facilities were amazing and the staff went above and beyond to help me personally with printing documentation I needed for work. We ordered takeaway from the restaurants that are on offer and it came straight to our door!

That we had to pay for parking, to me this should be included.

Staff were lovely and arranged for car parking which was really convenient. Very quiet despite being off a busy road. Amenities were fantastic, and the room was clean. Our room was so spacious, we would have loved to stay for longer! We loved the courtyard on the ground floor. We would highly recommend for a family getaway.

The staff! We had a problem with the parking bay allocated to us and Michelle, in particular, and Sharon(?) gave us a double parking bay to accommodate our large van. The apartment we were given - very airy and had a balcony.

The location - I hated Springvale Rd. (We had a couple of near misses entering and exiting it.) The shower in the bath. It needs to have something to hold onto when stepping in or out.

The facilities were great. Kitchen so could prepare own meals. Good access to shops, clean and tidy . Beds comfortable

The lift was slow. Busy road and was tricky to pull in off the road when checking in.

Lovely spacious 3 bedroom apartment which was modern and clean. We loved the massive outdoor deck. I enjoyed using the gym. Good value.

Location is out of the city but suited our needs.

Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment. The king size bed was really comfortable, which is a must, and the apartment was well equipped.

The show was the only blip. Water pressure wasn't great, nor was the drainage, so you were always standing in a few inches of water.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay with Quest. We couldn't fault a thing. The staff were very accommodating and the room had everything we needed. We will be returning for sure.

The only thing we can say as a negative is that the breakfast packs are quite pricey for a small cereal box, some juice, milk and some crackers.

My only issue was that the TV kept asking for a PIN number. I'd be watching a show it would come up a screen asking for a 4 digit pin. Reception was not aware of the issue so I kept trying different combinations. 1234 is the TV password.
