City Waters

The building itself does not look really appealing and so was the entrance in, but surprised by the inside. Love the kitchen, big gas stove, shower is good.The bed is good. Love the location. Not far to walk to the main city area. Love it.

The smell of the room as you walk in. Bought air freshener from woolies and all was fine.

The location was perfect, very accessible. The beds were comfortable with clean, smelling linen the kitchen was great and had everything that you could need.

I didn’t think it was value for money. It was quite expensive and needed more cleaning. The rooms were quite old. And there was a lot of wear and tear. The bath was cracked with dirt in it.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were very accommodating and more than happy to help with our need to be on the 1st floor. The apartment was small but well thought out and functional.

the beds were a little uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Office only opens at 10am.

Staff was super friendly on arrival and very helpful. The aircons were on when we arrived on a 40 degree day, and boy did we appreciate that!l

Pretty small area to park and exit the area, but better than street parking! Also wasn't able to launder clothes after 8.30pm

Room is as you'd expect for the price, had just booked it as a place to sleep with going out all day/night for a party but the reception staff member was so friendly and welcoming, honestly better customer service than I've experience at some five star hotels

Nothing much, there's obviously things that could be improved but it's a budget hotel, you can't expect luxury facilities.

Very affordable rates. Large rooms that are clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and made extra effort to accommodate my needs. Despite being young they were very mature in the way they conducted themselves. Kudos to them.

Not much not to look. With continued support it's likely they will upgrade to a newer and fresher look. This is a business worth supporting as it provides to many that cannot afford most places within the same location

The price, location and the gentleman at reception. Having free parking

Shower taps were loose so was worried that they would come off and I'd me blamed.

Location to Australia Day activities. Kitchen in order to prepare meals. Hard to eat out do to food allergies.

The mess on the car when we left. Seemed like dirty water had fallen into the car from water outlets on the level above.

I booked this for my son who was travelling and stopping off in Perth , the staff were extremely helpful, I highly recommend them , very helpful and good at communicating with me even though we were the other side of the world 🌎!!. My son enjoyed it it was a good base for what he had to do . Xx
