The room, bed, etc were all perfect. Very clean, well kept, and very recently sized. The transport options nearby were pretty good, and the location is perfect for the Stampede. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, and definitely a good way to start each day. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, and willing to accommodate pretty much any reasonable request.

The only area for improvement I'd suggest is the air conditioners in each room are quite loud. Guests have full control over them though so you can just switch them off or increase the temperature a bit so it kicks on less frequently.

It was perfect! From being greeted by the very kind gentleman at the front desk, I knew we picked the right place. Our room was SPOTLESS. So cozy, quiet, and perfect room temperature controls! I even made dinner in our room, thanks to the fridge and microwave. I can’t believe I pondered staying here, due to previous poor comments. This place was outstanding, from start to finish. The free breakfast to start the day was an added bonus! Who doesn’t want toast, scramblers eggs and sausage for breakfast (or tons of other healthier choices lol). We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay, from the staff to the accommodations!! 10++++

Easy check in, and ease of access to the building. Fair amount of parking. But tight if you have a bigger vehicle but lots of parking on the street as well if needed. Complimentary breakfast was fully stocked with a fair amount of options. The pool is smaller but the slide makes up for it, the kids loved it.

One elevator wasn't working and one in service was being worked on a couple times throughout the stay making wait times longer. The door opening was quite loud and I could hear it through the floor quite easily. Beds were a bit on the softer side for my liking but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Communication from the hotel to the center is not easy at first without a car and the hotel serrvice ; it does not have a tourist assistance profile : maps, activities, etc ...... Although if you ask they help you.

we came here specifically due to its location and the water slide/pool for my son! we drove 14 hours from Victoria BC straight with a 2.5 year old so it was nice to get to a nice clean comfortable place. was disappointed in the pool at first as it was frigid cold and the slide wasn’t on. my son who we bribed with the pool for 14 hours didn’t even want to go in. we ended up going to a Rec centre and having a blast then we came back to the hotel (the next day) and the pool was warm and the slide was on! so it was nice that they got that sorted quickly! the breakfast was great and would come back for sure!

Not everyone is a coffee drinker, no regular tea bags in the room or breakfast room so had to buy one at Tim's. The reception from the front desk staff was far from friendly, and he spoke so fast that we couldn't understand him. Couldn't even manage a smile. $150.00 damage deposit is quite steep, especially as I've booked with booking.com on quite a number of occassions. Also I have to wait 3 to 5 days before I get my deposit back!

Room was very clean with all the facilities. Breakfast included in the price was plus. Good continental breakfast was availeable. Reception team was very friendly and helpfull. Check In was very fast. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay before heading to Banff.

Location is not central, but still 10 min drive from big malls and resturants. Reception area is not appealing at all. Very basic look. First impression was not good. But room was excellent. Beds were very comforatble.

Staff were excellent! Close to town! Rooms were good and the bed was pretty comfy, can’t complain too much!

The breakfast was strange, it wasn’t very nice and I’ve never eaten on cardboard throw away plates and plastic folks! Terrible for the environment they really need to stop using that! The place is a little dated but you can’t expect every property to be brand new!

Location and close to the biggest mall of Calgary - Chinook Center. Hotel is close to Asian Restaurants like Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai restos. Had extended our stay since flight got delayed. Requested for another night stay, they handled it quite fast & easy.

Hotel is outdated but room is large and comfy to stay. Once you enter the hotel, you can smell the old scent of it. Lobby must atleast get renovated😁.
